Had an amazing experience with with Glenn and this furnace company. Glenn arrived in a timely manner. Diagnosed the issue quickly, and got our furnace up and running better than ever. Compared to the previous company we used, their service was on another level. And the price was right! Highly recommend Glenn and his team!

The technician Mr. Shockley fixed the leak in the line & refilled the refrigerant and explained how the thermostat worked so hopefully the heat pump will keep working. He said he would be back when the temperature is warmer to set the heat pump to run more efficient. Thanks for a good job done.

Scott F was a joy to have in my home! Courteous, kind and thorough. I appreciate his eagerness to explain and educate me about the HVAC. He documented with pictures, which he shared, and wadis not pressure me to make costly decisions. He provided the cleaning and PM with the utmost professionalism. When I asked my neighbor for a recommendation for a local HVAC company, he immediately recommended SouthTowne Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. He added that another family member had work done by this company and was extremely pleased. The first time you call a new company to have maintenance performed at your house, it can be stressful not knowing what to expect. The day of my maintenance visit the temperature was about zero. When Scott came to my door, his cheerful, friendly and professional attitude laid to rest any fears I had about switching to a new company. Scott explained the company was still family owned, and a local business. This was very important to me. He took his time to inspect both the inside and outside HVAC components, as well as my mini split. He explained what he was doing and took pictures to show me the condition of the unit on the inside when the panel was taken off. I had the new filter, and he replaced it for me. I feel that Scott gave both my systems a complete thorough inspection and maintenance checkup. After the work was completed, Scott explained their maintenance plans that I could choose from if I decided to go with their family plan.He did a thorough job explaining the, differences and what I could expect from each one. Newer HVAC systems have more complex components in them which require maintenance that older units did not need. Based on my experience with Scott, I will be calling them for my spring maintenance visit and look forward to joining their Family Plan at that time. The Family Plan will include two annual inspections, filters, and cleaning of interior components.

Southtowne did a great job installing our furnace. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about my family’s safety. The service technician Hunter is who conducted the installation he treated my family like his own by taking the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was done the right way. He was straight up and completed honest work. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was and how he reflected the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Southtowne to anyone needing HVAC work. Thank you guys for all the help !
