“Phil came out on an after hours emergency furnace repair. He was there very quickly. My house was down to 37! I was out of town at the time. He did quick work and got it running within 1/2 hour. Southport was the only company that returned my call within minutes.”

“Called these guys based on good reviews and i regret it now. Technician came to diagnose, told me that gas valve and pilot assembly needed replacing. Technician replaced parts and same issue continued. He ended up recommending a new water heater which i'm now in the process of getting warrantied. The issue is this guy didn't diagnose properly just threw parts at it. Now i'm out of $1,714 dollars.”
