From service to sales to installation, Southport, exceeded all of our expectations. Phil, our technician, was fantastic. Max, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, and fair. I never felt pressured. Our installers, Tyler and Jack, did a fantastic job. They did high quality work, and were very courteous, and professional, and answered all our questions. Their work was very clean, organized, and detailed oriented. I will definitely be using Southport for my future home service needs. Highly recommend!

First time using Southport. Very good experience. Sent someone out for quote, they were nice, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us aa couple quotes with in a few minutes. The the technician they sent out was Justan arrived on time with all notification,. He is very nice and professional. He completed job within quoted time. Justan is a wonderful asset to your team. I recommend using Southport to anyone, very good experience.

I have been using Southport for over twenty years to keep my HVAC running smoothly. This time it was to replace my HVAC and water heater. From the pre-sales to sales to install everything went very smoothly. The installers took great care to ensure my house wasn't left messy, they provided training and inspected the entire system by putting it through its paces. I am highly impressed and greatly satisfied. I would recommend Southport with the highest enthusiasm I can muster! Great, highly skilled and friendly folks.

Called these guys based on good reviews and i regret it now. Called them after our 2 year old Rheem model XG50T06PV42U0 stopped working, no hot water. Technician came to diagnose, told me that gas valve and pilot assembly needed replacing in order for it to be back up and running. Technician replaced parts and same issue continued, he had to call another guy to come and help him and keep diagnosing. He ended up recommending a new water heater which i’m now in the process of getting warrantied. The issue is this guy didn't diagnose properly just threw parts at it. Now i’m out of $1,714 dollars and no hot water. I was basically robbed. Ad insult to injury he gave me the quote for replacing the water heater for $1,829 dollars. Now i would be in the hole for $3,543! Triple the price of what a new one would be. If i had gotten it diagnosed properly the first time i would have saved almost $2,000 including parts. Over priced for guys that didn’t fix anything. Hope this helps the next guy when they consider calling them for service.

Phil came out on an after hours emergency furnace repair. He was there very quickly. My house was down to 37! I have a Nest thermostat and was alerted by the app. I was out of town at the time. He did quick work and got it running within 1/2 hour. Super nice guy and stayed for a bit to assure the furnace was working correctly. Southport was the only company that returned my call within minutes. I recommend Southport and Phil for quick repairs. 5 stars for service but I’m not sure if it was overpriced? They got the job done so my pipes didn’t freeze and that’s the important part.
