Justin and Drew did an amazing job! We had are well pump and pressure tank fail on Saturday night. They arrived as promised first thing and worked all day to get the job done!! These guys were polite and kept us informed of the progress thru out the day! i highly recommend South Plumbing and will be using them for our plumbing needs

Southern Plumbing of VA is top notch! The best experience we have had when it comes to home repairs. They contacted us immediately and had a technician ( Nick) out to give us an estimate for well pump issues. Repairmen ( David and Trae) replaced the pump, installed a new tank, repaired leaky pipes and installed a new safety switch.They were all very professional and a pleasure to talk with!

This was my first time using Southern Plumbing and had an incredible experience, they have earned my trust and will be my go to plumbing company in the future. Our 13 year old water heater stopped working and the same day I called in, they were able to come out and assess, provide multiple quote options for my wife and I to make a decision. The tech Drew was absolutely wonderful, walked us through all the options not just price but what routine maintenance would look like going forward with all options, which helped make our decision even easier. Great customer service and quality work is what you will get with Southern Plumbing. I know I trust them and so should you.

I have no issue with the service I received from Southern Plumbing, everyone who worked on my plumbing was terrific, polite, hardworking, efficient. I do have an issue with the pricing I got. For a redo of the pipes under my house and some that connect to appliances I was told there would be 2 men needed, and it would take at least one long day, and maybe two. I was quoted $6000. which didn't seem unreasonable. On the day of the service, one man showed up, Cash, and he got to work. He was great, but found another issue which would require removing the line from my meter to my house. So I got another quote for $3000.+ for that. Ouch. Meanwhile Cash finished up the original work in 6 hours total. I called several times to speak to Ryan who had quoted the job, but was never put through to him, and he never returned my calls. I'm no plumber, but $6000. for 6 hours of work and some plastic pipes seems high. Finally after never hearing back from Ryan they offered me a credit of $89. for the new shut off that wasn't installed on the first trip since they were going to replace it on the second trip. Despite the excellent service with the people working in my home, I probably won't use this company again because I feel they were not reasonable about the pricing.

If you don’t get your service done by these guys, you’re doing it wrong. I had a major situation that was going to put me in thousands of dollars of debt with one company. After explaining the situation to southern plumbing, and telling them what the other company was telling me, they assured me they were able to complete the job at a much better price (and they did). The quality of service was incredible. They got the job done a day earlier than planned! They were mindful of the landscaping! Pushed back the gravel layer before digging, removed my in-ground plants that were in the way, and planted them back when finished, laid grass seed over the small patch of grass that was torn up etc. They communicated well, and showed me what exactly they were doing so I wasn’t in the dark with my own plumbing system. I am so thankful for going with Southern Plumbing. They turned a nightmare into a blessing!!
