Checked toilet after my wife fell and jarred the toilet. Also installed a new wide body seat for comfort and sit higher to help her stand up after use.

I have used Southern Plumbing several times this year. I purchased a home as is, and have begun addressing the items that need fixing or replacement. Each time the "Gentlemen Plumbers" have arrived on time and addressed all my concerns. I have given them a five star rating and will continue to support this business.

We had a garbage disposal fail. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and Southern was able to send a tech out for Friday. The tech came and did a very good job. It is important to me to be able to get an estimate of labor and parts as these days some plumbers are charging exorbitant rates and not giving any breakdown. I was very satisfied with the speed, the performance and the amount charged by Southern.

Buying a house is the one of the most stressful things you can do in life. I thought it would be a good idea to hire all professional tradespeople to do the inspection. Enter Southern Plumbing who came recommended. Had a great chat with the girl at their office. I left feeling comfortable. Call their service department next day to make an appointment. Spoke to the young lady who immediately told me their hourly fees. The directions were to call the real estate agent before they went out and also to call me so I could be there to pay for their services they gave me an appointment time of between 2 and 4:00. I was there before 2:00. At 3:15 I saw one of their trucks drive by the house. He must have been done for the day cuz that was the last time I saw him. 6 minutes to 4:00 I see another one of their trucks drive by the house. Now I'm waiting for the defibrillator to go off and shock my heart back to life that was just put in 4 months ago. 3 minutes to 4:00 the truck pulls into the driveway. The man sat in his truck doing something for three or four minutes. Totally not acknowledging that I was standing outside next to his truck. He got out of his truck and we greeted one another. I asked him if he called the realtor. He looked at his paperwork and said no. So now the plumber is here I have no realtor. I received no phone call no courtesy phone call as to him arriving. My response was blank blank get out of here. If you are having a bad day and they are having a bad day all those stars and great reviews mean absolutely nothing. Signed disappointed

My toilets and showers totally backed up late Saturday afternoon amidst a medical emergency. They were out within a half an hour and totally fixed the issue. They were prompt, affordable and very friendly. I highly recommend them!!
