We had an unexpected main water line leak outside of our home and it created an urgent replacement situation for us. Dan was able to change his schedule to make our problem a priority. He and his crew showed up on time and did exactly what we asked them do. They were very skilled plumbers and proved to be prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I can't thank them enough for the work they did and we'll definitely try to use them for all of our future plumbing needs!

Supposed to come and fix leak. Scheduled them to come out. Didn't show and they didn't answer my calls.
My senior citizen mother pays for policy on her water lines from the road to the house, yesterday a plumber found a pipe break, the insurance company contracts through Southern Plumbing and told my mother they would call her back within 4 hours (her water was turned off at the road by the original plumber who found the leak) but Southern Plumbing has yet to return her call, over a day later! If you cannot handle the volume of work, then you have NO business contracting with an insurance company! My mother cannot go days without water waiting for you. She has paid for this policy for years and the insurance company has told her that she cannot contract with any other Plumbing company or they will not pay for it. **Updated, after posting this review Southern Plumbing did reach out to my mother by email only to decline this job, citing overbooking, personal illness, and the contents of this review. They also requested that this review be removed. With proper and timely communication, this review would not have been necessary. While this situation is unfortunate, the review stands.
I called and asked for them to come give me an estimate for changing over my pipes to pex pipe. I sent my address to him. He was to call about 30 minutes before he arrived. That was a week ago....... I still have not heard from him.
We called Dan for a tricky clog. He worked us into his schedule short notice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and would hire him again. Highly recommend!
