Dillion and his crew came out right after Thanksgiving to repair a sewage line issue and install septic risers. Extremely friendly and 1/3 the cost of other quotes.
I had to have a pop off valve replaced. They recommended that a expansion tank be installed. Very professional and courteous! Will definitely use them again
I had called several plumbers over the course of a week with no return calls. Today I called Southeast Rooter and Plumbing and the call was answered promptly and assured me they could get out today after the job they were on. These gentlemen called back promptly and arrived quickly after. The problem was found quickly and repaired efficiently with friendly knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and will call them back when I need one!
I have tried to use this company several times for different issues, if you can get them to respond or show up they do good work. Getting them to respond or show up is this issue. Good luck if trying to use them!!
Had a date and time for them to come out to look at an issue. Ended up wasting most of the day waiting on them to show up to which they never did. No phone call. They also ignored my many phone calls.
Called 1 plumber he couldn’t unclog the drain , called RotoRooter they never called us back ,called these guys at 4:30 and they arrived by 5:00 and fixed my problem in 5 minutes and they gave me cheaper estimates than Hep .
Very professional and courteous!! He came out on a Sunday very late and worked diligently until the issue was resolved. Great price also. My family will definitely be using Southeast Rooter and Plumbing again!!
