Absolutely Awesome , David and his crew were here early and proceeded with the task at hand , as a team they are in sync and took care of problem, which initially was believed to be a simple fix as is usually the case, it was far more complicated than expected, nevertheless they provided a second solution, which after further consideration, proved to be the correct solution to this matter , the problem was properly addressed and repairs and modifications made, this should not be an issue for quite some time, depending on Mother Nature, as She Always has the last word .
