Josh from So Hipp Plumbing assessed the issue as simple: the switch was set to “low” so and it should have been set on “hot” so the home would get hot water. Honest plumber. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. He made a few recommendations on services that would help extend the life of my water heater and items of plumbing in the house. Thank you!”
