“Gave me a time for arrival. When the end of that window drew near I had to call to get an update. Was told they were finishing up and would be there in 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later I called and, asked what was going on. Seemed irritated and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Never showed up or called. I get it if you have a rough day but communication is important.”
