We used Snell to install our heat pump and update our circuit breaker. They did a wonderful job replacing our lemon heat pump which consistently kept losing charge and always struggled through out the 5 years we’ve been in our home. They are top notch professional, from our check up with Cori to our consultation with Julian. And HVAC install with Joshua and his team and Electric panel install with Ron’s team, they are all very knowledgeable, installed our systems the next day, with no issues and their labor warranty matches the manufacturer’s warranty 12 year warranty which makes it convenient and gives our family the peace of mind knowing we have someone to call in the event that something happens with our system. Our home is now toasty and balanced because they did such a great job. They also gave us free plumbing check up along with this service. We highly recommend Snell.

We are impressed. We got several estimates for the replacement of our 39-year-old boiler, and we feel that we got excellent workmanship at a great price from Snell. The gentleman who arrived to give us our estimate was able to come the same day we called, and we felt that his wisdom and appreciation for ancient boilers such as ours, combined with his very competitive estimate, made Snell the right choice. Gabriel and Josh were the technicians (engineers/scientists/artists) who completed the install. These gentlemen did their work with an unexpected level of expertise and care. They were so friendly, and so kind, and took time to ensure that we understood our entire new system. LOOK at our new boiler. It's incredible, and with three separate heating zones in our house (one of which is under the floor), this can not have been an easy job. It was evident in our interactions with these guys that they take a great deal of pride in both the quality of their work and the service they provide to customers. This has not always been our experience with technicians from other companies; Gabriel and Josh are a cut above. Our house is now toasty warm, and we will most certainly be bringing our business to Snell again. Thank you so much.

I had Snell install my new HVAC system today. The team of Dan, Victor and Greyson did an amazing job! They arrive probably in the morning, and walk me through the process. They did a great job installing both units even in the frigid conditions. They worked relentlessly all day. At the end of the day, they helped me set up my thermostat and the application. They walk me through both the inside and outside installation and systems. They were courteous, extremely knowledgeable about everything and cleaned up the site to where it was better than it even was before. I had looked at a few other companies, however Joseph, the engineer and sales person who came over to make the recommendation was also exceptional. And he’s scheduled an amazing team. I’m switching over to Nell for all my home services. I gave them a 10 out of 10.

Snell has been our go-to for various HVAC issues over our 20+ years in this house, and now they're our go-to for plumbing. Our original water heater had a slow leak underneath. My service request was handled with lightning speed - inspection, quote, and installation. I doubt anybody WANTS to replace a hot water heater, but seeing the gorgeous job Joseph Miller did, ditching old PVC and installing gorgeous copper...I'm delighted.
