They were able to diagnose the problem and propose a workable solution until we could get the pipe repaired at our convenience. Also contacted me to make sure everything went great. We had a large pet tub disconnected. The crew did a great job and it didn't take long. They got it disconnected and out to the garage without hurting any walls.

We needed a new toilet installed. I called my regular plumber, and they couldn't commit to exactly how soon they could take care of me, because they were all booked up. They're good people, and that's understandable. So I found Smith Plumbing Solutions on Yelp. I called them first thing in the morning. I asked if they could come out that day. A nice lady said she thought they could, so they would call me 30 minutes before they'd arrive. I asked about their price and it sounded reasonable. Sure enough, a few hours later I got a call from one of their plumbers, Josh, who said he was on his way. Josh and Brandon were very nice young men who did an outstanding job, very quickly and in a clean manner. We couldn't have been happier with their service and the experience. It's nice to have another great plumber when we need help. PS. The office called us the day after the work was done to ensure our project went well. We appreciated that too. Nice people. Sure makes everything easier.

Eric and Stephan were amazing. Their customer service was first class in every way. I had called another plumbing company out regarding my water heater, and they said the small leak from a pipe could not be fixed and my only choice was to replace the 80-gallon water heater at $4000. I thought that was a lot for a small leaking pipe when the water heater itself was fine. A family friend called Neil, sent him pictures, and spoke with Neil over the phone. Although Neil, the owner is away doing a job out of town he made sure I was also taken care of first thing this morning. Eric and Stephan came out to my home, and I showed them the water heater and they went to work. They had everything completed and made suggestions. The pipe was replaced, I didn't need a new water heater and they completed the entire job for less than $800. SPS+ is honest, very thorough in their work, tidy in cleaning up any material they use, and friendly. I will know who to call from now on. Highly recommend! A+

Neil Smith, owner, Smith Aqua Flow Solutions, Inc., has done several plumbing jobs for us--replaced our water heater and well pump, fixed leaks in our faucets, installed and re-plumbed our dishwasher, and various other plumbing jobs. He was prompt and thorough when taking care of all of these matters for us. He has also done numerous jobs for our family and friends and they were all very satisfied with his work. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and explains everything that he does for you. His prices were also competitive with other plumbing companies in this area. We are very impressed with the knowledge and service Smith Plumbing Solutions Plus provided. They came out to pump our septic a couple of weeks ago and explained what they were doing and why. I inquired why we keep getting sediment in our toilet tank. After they got a water sample, We received a call from Neil Smith who explained everything to us and what we needed to prevent this from happening. A couple days later Eric & Grayson installed a sediment filter to our well. They also drained our water heater. Then to our surprise they went above and beyond and also changed our well filter in our home. We definitely recommend Smith Plumbing Solutions Plus to anyone needing a plumber.

Smith Plumbing Solutions + is the absolute best. I wanted to replace the faucets in my bathrooms, so I called SPS+ and I was really impressed with the whole process. The really sweet lady in the office set up an appt that was convenient for me and even called to follow up on the finished work. The techs doing the installation were professional, friendly and kept me informed through the whole install. They finished in record time and left the bathrooms clean. The cost of the work was really reasonable and I'll definitely use them again. Thank you SPS+ again for a job well done.

We called Smith Plumbing with a few questions because we weren’t sure if we had a clog or if our septic tank needed pumping. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative, giving us clear direction on how to figure out the problem. Once we realized the tank needed pumping, their team came out the same day…within just a couple of hours. Both the office staff and the plumbers were knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend for their excellent service and quick response, we will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

We've used SPS twice this year for a variety of projects and we've been very pleased with their service each time. The scheduling folks are so friendly and easy to work with, and the plumbing staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very competent. They work very efficiently, and I always feel as if I have gotten a good value for my money. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs, and we highly recommend them to others as well!

I gave 4 stars only because you should always want to strive to be better! The 1st call out Erek and Stephen came out. All I can say is they were absolutely phenomenal! 2nd call Chaz and Landon came out. I didn’t get to meet them but they reported back exactly what had caused my issue. My home is under warranty so there was no charge to me but I am so thankful the builder chose this company. Highly recommended!

The guys just left, Blade in the lead and so sorry I can’t name the other 2 guys, but they were all so knowledgeable, professional and kind to answer all our questions. They came quickly, the same day we called. It was an icky job but they handled it only like they knew what to do and how to do it-and they did! I and my husband are so very grateful for all they did. Big Attaboy for their hard work.
