Called them after 10:15 am. Technician was here by 11:05 am. Very thorough. Snaked sewer line in several places. Clog is gone! Great service. Have used this company for years. Highly recommend.

I have hired Smart Plumbers over the past 10 years for a rental and my residence. My experiences have always been positive. Relative to the costs associated with plumbing, I believe Smart Plumbers has been affordable and I can depend on them for a quality job. For this specific job, Joe and Victor removed a water treatment unit and reconnected the main line in my home. In doing so they also installed a cutoff valve in the line accessible from inside my garage.

Long time customer. They just came out to replace a water heater they installed 15yrs ago. I did no maintenance on this water heater at all for 15yrs and I'm surprised it lasted this long. They recommended a Bradford & White 55gal 15yrs ago and I replaced with a 50g Bradford & White, I'm going to be better about draining it every few years and hopefully get 20yrs out of this one! They are probably not the lowest price but definitely not the highest price and they will not take advantage of you. Everyone I've dealt with over the years at Smart Plumbing is super nice, courteous & friendly. This is why I keep calling them for all my plumbing needs.

When the termite inspector said we had a lot of water under the house, I was like “what?!” And sure enough there was quite a crawlspace pond forming. Smart Plumbers came recommended by a neighbor, so I called them on the Sunday of Memorial Day and they had someone there the next morning. It took a few hours and a clever bit of plumbing to work around the new copper pipe not holding the soldering because we could not get the water to completely drain. But victory was achieved! It was not inexpensive, but it had to get fixed quickly (on a holiday weekend) and it was in the range I was expecting, so no complaints there. I would definitely use them again - but hopefully for something more planned! Fun fact: we had a power failure right in the middle of all this - not PGE’s fault at least. A memorable Memorial Day indeed.

The first appointment I made the workmen did not show up, or call with an update if they were still coming/not coming. The second appointment I made went smoothly. The workmen arrived within the given time frame and completed the work in less than 20 minutes. The workmen seemed to be knowledgeable about their field of service and what the issue I was having could be. My toilet issue appears to be solved for now (turned out I had a faulty and/or plugged-up filter system). They replaced the entire part and installed the new one. I would seek their assistance in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid plumber.

Problem: Gurgling noise under floor after flushing toilet. Had one overflow in past year. No blockages were found. Plumber used snake camera to visualize length of sewage drain. Discovered a marginal region in PVC joint with vent pipe that could cause temporary partial blockage of solid waste. No repair needed. Advised owner to double flush as needed. Toilet was not removable. Possibly stuck from floor tile cement. He used other toilet on same sewage line to run camera cable. Excellent diagnosis.

Smart Plumbers % Rooters is a very reliable and responsive company (I use their services regularly). I urgently needed to replace my kitchen disposer (it was grinding very poorly and was causing clogs in the pipes). I called the company, and two technicians arrived within a couple of hours that same day (manager Joe, if I'm not mistaken, and his workmate) and replaced the disposer very quickly. Thank you for the excellent and high-quality work!

I was very please with Smart Plumbers performance on our job. Specifically Luis was on time, professional, courteous, and thorough in his troubleshooting and resolution of the bathroom drain blockage. He was careful in handling of the equipment around the house and cleaned the area after he was finished. I have been using this company for a number of years and will continue to use them again. Their prices are very reasonable.

Thank you Smart Plumbers. They provided the service very promptly although it was a Friday afternoon. In about two hours Federico arrived and fixed the problem with our sink quickly and efficiently. He left the work area clean like nothing happened. The communication with the dispatcher was very easy and clear. Everything was confirmed by a text message to avoid any confusion. I am going to use this company in the future.

Victor from Smart Plummers helped us to resolve clogged issue on one drawing brach. The initial snake try stucked, so he went down to the cross space and checked pipe condition and quoted join replacement. He came 2nd day and completed work, and used snake to clean up entire branch again with water flow. Victor shared video and pictures before and after the work.

We had a big sewer line blockage. Luis and another guy came out in a timely manor, installed a two way clean out in our front yard and had us up and running in about 4 hours. I was so grateful as I’d had back surgery just a few days prior and it wasn’t an option to run and find a public bathroom somewhere. They kept us informed through the whole process.

This is the 4th time we have used Smart Plumbers and Rooters. Joce Salinas arrived quickly. We discussed the scope of the job. He explained that our water heater was under warranty. Came back the next day with the warranty parts and fixed our water heater. We definitely will use Joce Salinas, Smart Plumbers and Rooters again.

Water heater blew Friday evening, I turened off the hot water feed and gas. Grabbed the phone and called smart plumbers talked to Gabby. The plumber showed up a half hour later and evaluated the water heater. Yup, needs a new water heater. Returned Saturday morning with a new water heater and had it up and running by noon!

Luis, was exceptional in diagnosing the problem and outlining the repair process. He proceeded with the repair and did so much quicker than i expected. I am very impressed with the professional work performed and will use Smart Plumbers for all future requirements. I would recommend this company for plumbing requirements.
