Great service! I called first thing in the morning and they came out right away. They were very upfront with the pricing for the service I needed and the part I needed as well. They did NOT take advantage by replacing a lot of parts that didn't need to be replaced. Tony was very professional and also applied a coupon for savings that I wasn't even aware was available! I would highly recommend SLS Plumbing.

Existing water heater was 13 years old and my wife noticed it started leaking last night. Called SLS as recommenced by my neighbor and Scott answered the phone immediately. As my other neighbors were had experienced the same problem with their water heaters in the last 3 years, I found out that I needed it to be replaced. He quoted me a price over the phone for a new water heater and labor and I trusted it to be fair as he was recommended by a good neighbor that uses their services for his other properties that he manages. Scott was able to send a team out in about 1 hour and Tony and Jake were very courteous, efficient, kind and professional. It took them a little while with a few unforeseen challenges but they worked with me and Scott took care of any unnecessary charges that could have easily incurred. It was a smaller tank than what I had but I was assured that it would be more than sufficient to take care of my household for at least the next several years. I will definitely be using SLS Plumbing for future services that I will need.

On 10/30/2025, Scott and Jake arrived right on time. Headed downstairs to the basement of our condo complex to shut off the water. Then they came to my condo unit to replace a bathroom sink faucet and replaced 2 valves for the sink and one valve for toilet knowing exactly what I needed. They were friendly, professional and experts in their field regarding the issues they had with my pipes in repairing pipes in order to install my new faucet. They had all the parts that were needed and were done with everything before the allotted time quoted. The price was less than what was quoted. I highly recommend this team and company for any plumbing installs or repairs.
