Every now and then you get to encounter a service that goes way beyond expectations. That's what happened to us with this company. We hired Slone's Plumbing for extensive work in our home and they did an outstanding job. Special kudos to Caleb and Nick who worked their tails off the day before Thanksgiving. They bent over backwards to come and do some minor follow-up work, even willing to come out Thanksgiving Day. Great communication and professionalism sums up our experience. If you are looking for a good, honest and reliable plumbing service, these people are who you want.
I had a clogged washing machine drain that happened during a holiday weekend. They got to me first thing Monday morning as promised and told me what needed to be done and what it would cost in just a few. minutes. They also replaced the water supply cut in and valve at my request. It was well done and timely. I feel I got good service at a fair price and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly. I’ll use them again. M P
Slone’s has been amazing!! We just moved here and started having septic issues right away. They were super knowledgeable and got to the root cause quickly. Turns out our entire leach field was busted!! They just finished installing the new field and we cannot be more relieved. Each of the guys took the time to answer our questions and teach us how to properly maintain our system. Even though it’s been a really stressful time in our lives, Slone’s has made this a great experience. We will be doing business with them for years to come and definitely recommend their awesome work!
They were within the time frame, polite, clean, and did Temporarily fix the issue. This is meeting average expectations from any service provider. However they tried to Upsale me on a product I knew was not needed. Even after I discussed with them that it had just been replaced, they stayed the course trying to push the product. I, like you, am looking for a provider I can trust not just with the service but also with my best interest and my wallet. At this point, Slone's Plumbing does not fit that bill. Keep scrolling friends and neighbors, there are plumbers in our area I have given excellent reviews to for their above and beyond work. Do better Slone's Plumbing.
Austin & Devin were courteous and professional; I definitely recommend this company, and these two guys for doing a great job.
