He also recommended calling manufacturer to see if we were still under warranty for parts and we may get reimbursed for them. He had parts with him a thermostat and heating element and had all work completed in 30 minutes at a very fair price.”

“Woke up to hissing noise and water leaking everywhere. Left a message after hours and they responded 2 minutes after they opened at 8am. Came within the allotted window, then told me what we needed. We went and got what we needed from Lowe's and they came back the same day and everything is now fixed.”

“Slaughter Plumbing installed a water softener for us last week. We put the system in a resin cabinet outside our home. Connor and his partner did an excellent job to a) discuss options for routing piping and electric, b) install the unit quickly, c) take time to explain the its operation, and d) advise us on other plumbing questions. The price was fair and we're glad Slaughter is local...should anything go awry …”
