This company was bad from the start of our new construction. Our house was built on slab on grade and their contractors didn’t know how to install the plumbing under the concrete. They sent beginners. When a supervisor stopped by to check their work they had to tear it all apart and start over. We asked in our contract for one hard water faucet in the master bath and when we asked about it after move-in, they said their guys told them we changed our mind. No, we didn’t. It was in the contract. Then we discovered that the outside hose bib on the same side of the house was plumbed with soft water, as well. They never ran a hard water line at all to that side of the house. No wonder everything we watered was struggling. When asked if they could fix it, they said we were being unreasonable, and everyone likes soft water on a hose bib. We wish we would have gone with ANY other company! Save time and money and headache and get a better plumbing company to do your work!

The folks at Skyline Plumbing and Mechanical came highly recommended from multiple sources and they lived up to their recommendations. They were VERY professional. They patiently provided clear answers to my MANY questions. They presented me with multiple options to replace my water heater and provided me with sufficient information and consulting to enable me and my wife to make a decision. They were timely, and met our agreed upon commitments, and communicated often along the way. They were neat and clean during the installation process. I appreciated that they took extra care to protect our floor coverings. When they left, everything was cleaned up and in place as expected (which has not always been the case with other contractors). I love the organized clean look of our mechanical closet. This team went the extra mile to fix some sloppy work associated with a previous water heater installation. Bottom line, we are happy with our new tankless water heater and would highly recommend Skyline Plumbing & Mechanical!

My house's water pressure was north of 90 psi. I called around for quotes for a main line PRV (pressure reducing valve), and Skyline was able to set me up with the "deluxe" brass valve (vs the basic plastic one) for a little over $500, literally half the cost of their competition. 15-20 year expected lifespan for the brass model vs. 5-10 for the basic plastic-housing model, and the price different isn't too bad. Levi and Michael did excellent work and even indulged my engineering curiosity and showed me the process as they were doing it. It's amazing how such a small part in the house, that you probably aren't even aware of, plays such a central role in the running water we all take for granted but can't live without. Check your water pressure annually folks, take action if it gets above 75 psi.

I'm a plant manager in lehi and had trouble finding a decent plumbing company that was reliable and pricing that wasn't unbelievable outrageous I got referred to Skyline Plumbing I told them I was having issues with a water heater and had 2 previous companies out here and they could not fix the problem that same day I called they sent Chase and Levi out and within an hr. They have solved the issue and at a great price! I have used these guys ever since great customer service and they don't mess around great response time no issues and I highly recommend this company!!

Bought an older house, and with it came all the slow drains and hair clogs 😂 I tried handling it myself, but nothing seemed to work. Skyline responded quickly and had someone out the very next day. Michael Wyss and the team were awesome to work with! Professional, honest, and got everything flowing again fast. We actually connected with them through Residia app, and they were great from start to finish. Definitely recommend these guys if you need plumbing help.

Skyline plumbing has always been efficient, on time, and transparent. Our hot water heater went out on us and we had a new one installed next day. Russ explained the differences between the tank and tankless and pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured to choose one or the other. Nicole was in constant communication with me by text, phone calls, and emails. Chase and Levi were excellent installers. I would highly recommend Skyline to everyone.

All the employees with whom I spoke at Skyline were very courteous and friendly. The appointment process was simple and smooth. Our needs weren't an emergency, but the clog in the kitchen made it hard to function. The repair team worked hard to ensure the pipe was clear for us. They handled every thing with professionalism and care. I appreciate that the pricing was made clear upfront at the setting of the appointment. We'll done.

I got a gas line installed for a dryer. They were the best to work with, got the job done fast,communication was great, they were very prompt in responding and answering my questions. Everything looked neat after they finished, also they gave me the best quote after shopping around with multiple companies and private plumbers. I totally recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They came out to look at a problem I was having six months ago and didn't believe it was happening. When I continued to complain and explained what was still happening, they came out and did a more thorough examination and were able to fix a major problem. When they came the second time, they were very respectful and even wore shoe coverings to protect my carpet.

They were prompt and efficient. As well as patient, kind and understanding when I missed an appointment and almost missed the second one. The faucet wasn’t leaking while he came, perhaps not at all. So I didn’t pay for any services. This kind of sounds like the most ridiculous service request, but oh well. He gave me a number in case it does start leaking.
