“Our heating coils went out and needed to be replaced. The whole hot water heater needs to be replaced soon but that is not something we could do at the time, so SirOne replaced the coils the very next day and even took the extra time to clean out the mineral build up (no water softener yet) in the heater to make it last as long as possible.”

They did come the next day but spent less than 10 minutes here before saying the issue was caulking and "wish I could do more." Didn't offer to fix it or further check for any water damage when I mentioned I was concerned about. Huge waste of $86.”
