He explained the work clearly and completed everything efficiently. The installation looks very clean and the leak was fixed properly. Great service and very reliable. My original appointment was cancelled because they were running late. They said they could come the following day. They did come the next day but spent less than 10 minutes here before saying the issue was caulking and "wish I could do more." Didn't offer to fix it or further check for any water damage when I mentioned I was concerned about. Huge waste of $86.

We first called SirOne in December when one of our pipes froze; a visit wasn't necessary, but they took the time to give us some nice advice on what to do. Thankfully, there was no permanent damage! Flash forward to this month; we decided to finally replace the 18-year old water heater in our home. Ali came by and gave us an estimate on replacing it and suggested some other work in our home as well. He actually offered to replace the water heater right then, but we weren't ready that day. We scheduled it for the following week and he showed up within the time window he had set and got the job done on his own in about 2 hours. Very happy with his service and we'll be using SirOne again for future work needed in our home!

I've had to do numerous repairs over the years 🥴 Ali the owner, with great presence and demeanor, has been our guy! 🙌 From replacing our outdoor hose spicket, to installing faucets in numerous sinks. To the on/off valves on all my toilets and under all my sinks, replacing our garbage disposal, and replacing our faulty on/off valve on my water tank! He's been, so honest! I asked if he could access my elderly clients hose, because I was just unsure of what the issue was. Come to find out, I was almost right! I was so embarrassed. 😅 BUT, he helped finish it, AT NO CHARGE. ❤️ Thanks so much for all your help, OVER THE YEARS!! You've always been reasonably priced, too!

Our heating coils went out and needed to be replaced. The whole hot water heater needs to be replaced soon but that is not something we could do at the time, so SirOne replaced the coils the very next day and even took the extra time to clean out the mineral build up (no water softener yet) in the heater to make it last as long as possible. The place he had to get into was tight and hard to maneuver but he kept at it even using a makeshift hose and scrapper to really get into the hard places. We were blown away but the time and effort that he put into the repair. We will defiantly be going back as soon as we can replace the whole thing.

I was visiting my elderly parents in Herndon when they had a toilet valve start to leak. They had to shut the water off to the whole house to stop the water. This all happened at 11:30 at night. My parents' medical conditions make it so they can't live without water, even overnight. We called multiple plumbing companies to get emergency service and ONLY SirOne was willing to come. I called this company to investigate a sewage like smell coming into my condo for the last month. I received a courtesy call of expected arrival, so I wasn't sitting around for hours. Ali and Nelson came as expected and started to investigate quickly. Turned out the issue was outside of my home. Within less than 10 min, they were able to locate the issue/leak to a pipe incorrectly installed, and removed it. 3 days later still no smell. Had a fairly urgent need for a plumber as the diverter in my bath/shower was corroded and I was unable to switch to bath from shower. The bath plug also wouldn’t plug. Anyone who has young kids and needs a working bath like myself understand the importance of a working bath! SirOne worked with my schedule to get someone out fast which I appreciated!
