AJ, Jeremy,and T2 really did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable of their work. They were also very professional and personable. We were very glad that we called them for their service.

Jerel, AJ, and Adrian were amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were quick and responsive to install our smart water shut-off, whole house water filter, and softener. I can't tell you enough positive things about Adrien and Simple Service. They truly made it a low stress process. We had a leaky drain pipe under the bathroom sink. He was able to come out within a couple hours and tightened up the hose for me. We really appreciated Adrien's honesty and fairness in his recommendation and pricing and would therefore highly recommend him. It's refreshing to know there are honest people and companies. We own a couple rental properties in San Antonio and will definitely call him the next time we need service. Thank you again!!

I used this company due to a faulty water heater. Tristian and his crew came out and he assured me that they would handle the entire process. They would handle the plumbing and he brought in another entity, American Restoration to do the repairs on property loss. They did what they called a packout. Packed out two bedrooms, formal dinning, kitchen, bath, breakfast area. My house is empty. This happened June 9th. Come to find out, Simple Service Plumbing went outta business, I have no clue where my furniture, belongings, are. Per the restoration company, they are taking over the mess that Simple Service created they are trying to get Tirstian to tell them where my belongings are stored and trying to get Tristian to give them the key to whatever storage my belongings are in. So now I have an empty nonfunctional house and no one can tell me where my things are or if I am even getting them back. If they truly went outta business I can certainly understand why. Simple Service is/was a NIGHTMARE. Do Not use them or any company associated with them.

I called Tristian Garza to come place a mother board on my water heater. He was a kind gentleman. He had some difficulty installing the mother board and said he would come back next week to try again when he could contact customer support… that was about a month ago. He canceled on me several times. We had an appointment set up for last week and he did not show. The woman who was scheduling the appointments was no longer returning my calls or texts. The next day when Tristian didn’t show up, I received a called from some gentleman named Tito. Tito explained to us that they no longer do plumbing services as of last week?? I already paid for labor and parts weeks ago, and my water heater is still not fixed. I haven’t been able to use my water since the last time Tristan showed. I was very patient with this company!!! I would not recommend this company to anybody and will be making sure to tell family and friends to stay away!

I’ve had bad experiences with those big names in town…so after reading some real reviews, I called Simple Service on a Wednesday evening desperate for hot water since our water heater seemed to not be working. AJ came the very next day and did a thorough diagnostic and even involved me in the process where I was curious. I was shown how our heating elements were not only unrecognizably corroded but had exploded inside the system and they were not able to be removed. Not only were we educated on the issue but also with the solutions provided. We were given detailed solutions with payment plans and warranty options. Because of the fabulous service and attention we were provided we were even open to discussing adding a water softener/conditioning system to our home. AJ became a friend in the 2 days we had him in our home and we are so glad we had a knowledgeable,honest and friendly repairman who didn’t pressure us or make us feel like we had only one option. When I look at reviews I try to find the ones that are honest and true and I hope if you need any help in your home you call the guys at Simple Service! Not even 24 hours later we have not only hot water, but better water with our softener/conditioning system. AJ also came by a few days later to help us assess our sink disposal that has been dead for months. He found the issue and rejuvenated it and it’s back to working like new! Always a good day when you don’t need to buy a new appliance. Thankyou!!!

I reached out to Simple Service when I encountered some plumbing issues in my home and he was able to drive all the way from San Antonio to Austin to come check out the problem, give me an estimate & start the process of working to fix the issue. Once he did arrive and inspected the initial concern & it turned out to be a major issue to where we had to be placed in a hotel for a long period of time, Simple Service handled everything with the insurance and made a already hectic ordeal a lot more easy and hassle free for us. Simple Service was also able to work in a nice floor renovation on the WHOLE house & gave us more than we expected from something we originally thought was a "small leak" in our master bathroom. I definitely recommend working with Simple Service and his amazing team for all and any of your plumbing problems not only are they extremely professional but they explains every step along the way & handles everything for you. Our house looks amazing now and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. Couldn't of worked with a better company.

I love this company! They are very honest upfront and professional. All work is completed without cutting corners. I had to call them after consulting several plumbers in the area regarding an upstanders bathroom leak. I was so excited that the first thing the plumbers stated was that they would need to remove drywall to actually visualize my pipes! No other plumber would do it; and I suffered a horrible leak. I am so thankful that they did not cut corners! Also, they did not make me feel bad that I was doing my own renovations on my home! They were very uplifting and encouraging. They were willing to step in on the parts that I needed a professional, however, they were willing to allow me to take the reins and complete my renovations. I can't say enough great things about this company. And I don't usually write reviews. As a single woman it is very easy and common to have a contractor try to take advantage, by up charging or cutting corners. But after this experience I truly trust their advice and I trust my home in their hands.

My hot water heater wasn't working, so I went online to find someone that could come out same day. I saw the great reviews for Simple Service and gave them a call. AJ came to my house and inspected the hot water heater. There had been a surge that fried the electrical components. He took pictures of the top so that I could see and understand what he was talking about. He also checked the pressure regulator at the street. He found that it was a cheap PRV and the pressure was too high. It needed to be replaced and pressure brought to code. After going over pricing, they went to work on getting me a new heater and valve. Jerel came out quickly with the new HWH. They went over everything that was done, gave me advice on how to prevent the surge from happening again. The office manager was very helpful with pricing that I could afford. They took a stressful situation and made it a good experience. I've never had a service company work so hard to ensure satisfaction and reduction in stress. Awesome company...highly recommend!

Noticed a puddle in my backyard near the water main. Found Simple Service through Yelp and they picked up as soon as I called and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my water pressure resolved by AJ Mares from Simple Service Plumbing, Heating & Air and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was AJ’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and that I was happy with the results. This group was very professional, polite, etc...and I bet they would have performed well. However, they quoted me there lowest and simplest repair quote to repair a pvc joint in my crawl space. My crawl space is about 2 to 2.5 feet, but it was muddy do to the leak. Their quote was approximately $850. I was able to run to HD by $5 in fittings, come back and fix it in about 10 minutes. My issue is cost for such a simple fix. I would have considered a fair price. Like 2 hour minimum time cost, material, and a appropriate billable rate(includes OH, burden) say $75/hr. Cost should have been 75*2+10 = 160+tax = 173.20. I would have paid $250 maybe $300, but $800 was just price gouging.

The technician who came out, A.J., was awesome and transparent. He even installed a replacement shower towel bar for me and wouldn't accept a gratuity for it. Here's what the company did, though. They quoted me $89 when I asked for an estimate on replacing a bathroom faucet and securing a kitchen faucet. When A.J. took stock of the situation, he quoted me well over $600 based on their pricing structure. He was able to knock it down to around $450, but Lowe's was willing to install the faucet for $175. Turns out the $89 was for a diagnostic with no constructive labor applied. At least they didn't make me pay that, given the ride the person doing the quote sent me on.

I cannot recommend Tristian and Simple Service plumbing enough! I had water coming up through my bathroom floor just before Thanksgiving last year. He and his team ran a few tests and discovered broken pipes in various places. He explained the damage and showed me the pictures. He kept on top of the job and kept me informed of the process. I appreciated his openness and honesty. I had his cell phone number and could call him with any questions I had during the process of repair. If you are looking for a good plumber, please call Tristian! You won't regret it.

I called needing a leak check done due to a high water bill and spoke to Ms Ansley who was very knowledgeable and able to send a tech out within a couple hours. Jeremy and Mike were the techs that came out and their professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. They explained everything perfectly and made sure that we were well informed of their findings and explained everything amazingly well. I can't say enough about their level of experience and concern for our needs. Their pricing was great and I highly recommend Simple Service for all your plumbing needs.
