After getting 3 quotes and reviewing previous customers' experiences, we replaced our older water heater on July 15, 2025 using Signature Plumbing services. Although they were not necessarily the least expensive, we concluded they were very efficient in the eatimate, recommendations, and information. David was the technician that came to do the estimate and he also did the install . I have to say, including the fantastically neat and efficient installation that David performed, he was excellent! Racqel, who is the one that answers the calls also made it seamless for payment. Thank you!

I have purposly waited for three years to post my review on the beautiful black granite sink puchased for our kitchen remodel. This is by far the best sink we have ever owned! Three years later, this sink is just as perfect as it was upon arrival. I highly recommend a granite sink from Signature Plumbing for it's durability and ease of cleaning. The price was more affordable than any place we had shopped prior to discovering Signature Plumbing online. THANK YOU!!

Very good plumbing company. I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday to have my toilet replaced/installed. The plumber came and took care of the whole toilet. All done in less than an hour. Very responsible and organize professional guy. He even took the old toilet away, which I wasn't expected. I highly recommend them, also very reasonable price.

I’m surprised that this company has such good reviews. I had a terrible experience with Signature. The guy I was dating recommended them because they’d done some work for him and he was pleased. I needed a simple leaky shower faucet fixed. After trying to contact a few times I finally got on the schedule for a consult. It’s difficult for me to handle these appointments because I have to take time off of work or work from home. They arrived and told me they needed to order the parts for my service and would provide a quote. I said okay. After a week of hearing nothing I contacted asking for the quote. I was happy with it and got on the schedule for that next week. The week of I had a feeling they would forget so I texted to remind. They said all set. I stayed home from work on the day off and they said they didn’t have the parts. I was frustrated but figured I would just finish. I told them the next Friday would be fine. They showed up and did some work but said again they didn’t have all the parts so they’d have to order more. I was frustrated but again just said okay. I texted the next week after hearing nothing to no response. After investigating my faucet I realized it seems like they hadn’t even done any work, I could just pull the faucet valve out and it was not connected to anything. Good news is they never charged me anything. Bad news is they fixed nothing, wasted over a month of my time and my work hours and who knows if they actually broke anything. I didn’t like having to beg them to give them my business by reminding them about myself and it seems like they lied to me every time instead of just being honest about the repair. Do not recommend at all.

Matt is a top notch plumber and a person. It was a very easy going survey with a plenty of transparency, which is super important. I do like to point out a professionalism and respect,- wearing a shoe cover was a super nice gesture for us! The business didn’t charge us to come out and survey us, which is also great! Highly recommended!
