Had an urgent issue and Shepherd’s Pluming arrived the same day. There pricing was reasonable. Employee, Luis Z. L. was very informative and thorough in ruling out what the issues did and did not, need to be addressed. We were very happy with the outcome. Would definitely use Shepherd’s Plumbing again. Over a year ago (during the pandemic!), we called Shepherd's for a plumbing emergency, and they helped us despite not having any available appointments, by shifting around their entire day. And we were blessed that they sent Luis into our lives that day. We'd tried others repair folks for similar issues, but Luis just made us feel super-comfortable with his knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. We had a multi-day job, but Luis somehow made us feel at ease, explaining the problem, answering our questions, and just being upfront with us and how he wanted to get to the root of the problem. Since that emergency, we've called on Shepherd's for HVAC duct work, pipe replacement. And this week, Luis and Aaron came out and did a difficult kitchen faucet replacement, fixed leaking AC drain pipe, and installed an ice maker outlet box on an existing wall, flawlessly and quickly - so quickly, I barely had time to offer them water! Thank you Shedherd's and THANK GOD for Luis!!!!

We contacted Shepherd company to repair our hammering pipes and tankless water heater that were not installed correctly. The technician came on time and did a great job (completely different from previous people). They installed the pipe clamps with all the rubber isolator that look like they would strongly last forever. They also gave us a big discount since we live next to the retired father who is a very knowledgeable plumber that answered all of our questions professionally. This is a 3-generation family owned company! We will contact them again for our future need. Thanks much. Andrew

I would not recommend Shepherd's plumbing service. Our house had a simple issue, a sink handle that would leak onto the counter. Diagnosing, replacing, and checking the sink's cartridge ended up taking 4 visits and costing over $800. It seems that their replacement cartridge was faulty, which isn't covered under their warranty, so the sink still leaks and we're no better off than before.

Shepherd Plumbing Heating and Air has done several jobs for me, always with great results. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled, doing very high quality work at an excellent value. One project they did for me corrected the poor work of a previous plumber resulting in much improved performance. They know their craft and will suggest multiple solutions if you are budget conscious. They also have high integrity, and will not “sell” you work you don’t need. Highly recommend!
