“I would not recommend Shepherd's plumbing service. Our house had a simple issue, a sink handle that would leak onto the counter. Diagnosing, replacing, and checking the sink's cartridge ended up taking 4 visits and costing over $800. It seems that their replacement cartridge was faulty, which isn't covered under their warranty, so the sink still leaks and we're no better off than before.”
