Andrew installed our garbage disposal in Winchester and did a fantastic job. He was punctual, clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Recommend to anyone.
Andrew was a savior for us when our heating tank started leaking over the weekend. We called him first thing in the morning, and he was very quick in getting back with response. He asked for pictures with model number and also within an hour came back to check personally. He ordered the new tank, bought people to carry the new tank, he cleaned the snow in the backyard (to prevent any damage to bring it within the house) to bring the tank from the bulkhead. Overall he did manage everything himself after we just called in the morning. I strongly recommend him for any plumbing or heating work.
I wanted to share a quick positive experience we had in December with Andrew from Shalin Plumbing & Heating. Our water heater leaked and died in the middle of a December night. A friend of us recommended him. When he heard we had a baby, he was incredibly responsive. He actually wrapped up his lunch early, went straight to Home Depot to grab a matching model, and came right over to replace it. He even left the basement area spotless. We truly appreciate his quick response and the quality of his work. If anyone is looking for reliable HVAC/Plumbing services, we highly recommend Andrew!

He was on time, professional, and got everything done quickly and cleanly. Explained the process clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend!
