Anthony Vega did a great job. Explained what work needed to be done and what to do to make it last longer.
Anthony came to our home for an emergency service om short notice in the evening due to backup in our main sewer line. Great customer service as he took the time to answer questions thoroughly and explain in detail all of the steps he was taking throughout the process to investigate and resolve the issue. Was respectful and professional, even making sure to cover and uncover his boots every time he entered or exited the house.
Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning. Called Pipeworks and they were able to send a tech over within an hour. Anthony Vega assessed the situation and unfortunately our very old water heater needed to be replaced. Anthony was able to come the next day first thing in the morning and replace the water heater. Everything was done very professionally. The tech called the next day and mentioned my town requires an expansion tank to be installed with any new water heater installation and came back the following day to add the expansion tank. Anthony did great work and was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend their services.
Anthony was at my house. He fixed the clogged drain for me. Here is a follow up after 2 months. Anthony didn’t replace the old decayed wax ring. He just put it back even though there was a lot of shaking occurred when he did the snaking. Now the toilet is leaking and he blames other people. Another thing - I thought I was working with Pipeworks, a renowned company in Summit (see the picture). Anthony did come with their truck. But when I used the link he provided to submit this review. I ended up being here. Interesting outsourcing thing is going on with this Sewer Surgeons company. Hope everyone is aware!
Anthony Vega is truly great!! The team here today did a thorough and complex job. They were here for almost 9 hours. So respectful of our property and our home… and really a very nice team. What more can a customer expect?! Their work is not yet fully tested, yet I have confidence because they were confident in their ability to execute (Johnny was fabulous, too). Their undertaking here required close coordination with our gas and water services in Chatham. They tried their best to time everything to minimize impact on us. A few bumps but overall the day went smoothly. Anthony is an understanding and honest professional, as well as being extremely knowledgeable. I hope he stays with Pipeworks’s because he is an asset to their brand. He has expertise and also integrity. Thanks for your immense efforts to satisfy your customers ( even though you guys are pricy! Haha). Keep up great work, your focus on customer satisfaction, execution quality…. and keep Anthony!!
