Sewer Rat

I called first thing on a Monday morning, fully anticipating to leave a message regarding a leaking pipe. I was delighted to speak with Dave directly and arrange a time to meet that very morning. The crew arrived; triaged the situation, ordered parts, communicated with me throughout the project, fixed the main issues as well as additional concerns with the water heater and expansion tank. The professionalism, knowledge, kindness, communication and affordability demonstrated were phenomenal and greatly appreciated.  I look forward to working with the team again on any future projects and will readily refer to friends, family and the Kitsap community.  Thank you!

Sewer Rat saved the day! A few weeks ago, we had a clogged kitchen drain and Dave and his crew came over and fixed the problem the same day. Well, last night it got clogged again (we live in an old house and the drain lines aren't optimal, to be diplomatic) and they came over today and unclogged it from the roof vent. What's especially appreciated is Dave worked us in during a big project, and he stands behind his work so today's visit was covered under the last one. An honest, excellent plumber is a great thing to have on speed-dial and Sewer Rat is just that. Thanks, Dave and crew!

Cannot recommend them enough to those who want an honest plumbing service. Quotes are fairly priced and they are responsive when an immediate fix is needed

I just want to put out there that The Sewer Rat is by far the best plumber that I’ve come across in Bremerton(Kitsap County). Responsive, professional and punctual. They literally came and fixed an issue that could have cost thousands for under $500 and educated me on ways to prohibit future issues. Being a home owner, you may come across some shady people trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Especially if you’re not knowledgeable of certain issues and fixes. Dave is so kind and knows what he’s doing. He’s literally a master of his trade. I highly recommend him and his business. Honest businessman.

Great company! They have helped us in the past with an issue with our washing machine drainage. We recently had a bathroom with drain issues with the toilet and shower. They showed up and found two major issues. They not only fixed the problem but they moved our drain access and made it easier to access. The end price was obviously more than quoted, but was still an affordable price for the amount of work done. Thank you Sewer Rat!
