Marques came out for a busted backyard faucet in nearly freezing temperatures at a late hour. Not only did he fix the faucet, but gave some practical advice on how to manage the pipe in the future. We truly appreciate how quick and professional he was with us.

I needed a leaky shower and faucet repaired and didn't want to deal with the large corporate-style plumbing companies that try to sell you on annual plumbing inspections and other services I'm not needing. Marq was on-time, professional, and great to communicate with; he even went above and beyond to make trips to Lowe's at no extra cost for parts to fit the old shower, but I insisted he bill us for his time. Marq is a perfect example of the type of pros I try to find when needing specialized home repairs.

WOW, what an outstanding young man snd owner!! My son and I were having issues putting in my new dishwasher he got me. It wasn't brand new, so we didn't have the manual. My son has put in a couple, so he felt we could do this one. When we started having major issues I put a message out on "Nextdoor", he responded, gave verbal instructions and said he would come by the next day, if I needed him. The following afternoon he came by, it was what he thought it was, a plug in the disposal. He popped it out and my last problem was fixed!! Then he said he wasn't going to charge me! I couldn't believe it!! Like I said, a very outstanding young man, who has been a plumber, almost 20 yrs and happens to also be a Veteran. I can’t speak highly enough of Service Time Plumbing! We’ve used Marq several times now & each time he’s done a phenomenal job. As a Master Plumber, he’s incredibly knowledgeable & does great work. Just this week I contacted Marq about our water heater leaking & he was quick to respond to my call & came out immediately. Our existing water heater had been installed by the previous owners & there were several things that hadn’t been done correctly. Marq not only installed our new water heater, but was happy to address those things as well. Everything was spotless when he was finished too. The work we had done was extremely effective in stopping a previously bad "patch up" job on a copper pipe that started to leak. Mark not only fixed the issue fast and more effective than the previous guys, but also noted a simple fix to a potential leak that could have been caused in the future. We have used Marq three times now and plan on using him again and again. He was the ONLY plumber to respond to our calls for help during the great snow-pocalypse of 2021, the ONLY plumber to answer our call after hours when our shower started backing up sewage in our house, and even took the time to answer questions over the phone to try and help us free of charge. Marq Johnson did a awesome job replacing our outdated main water line. He was able to keep from turning the water off except for a very short time by rerouting it slightly. Everything is now up to code, working great and for a very reasonable price! We will certainly call him again for our future plumbing needs.
