Service Squad Plumbing

Looking for the right plumbing company can be frustrating. We had work done with Service Squad in 2021 and had no complaints. New plumbing issues arose so we called them back. They got me in same day. Nathan was great, answered every question we had and explained in detail so that we understood and the best part…their pricing was fair.

Friendly and helpful staff. Service techs got here quickly and got right to work. Antonio and Nathan were very professional. They assessed the situation and gave us options and prices to let us choose what worked best for us. The job ended up being a little bigger than we thought and I needed to go pick up my daughter from preschool. Antonio and Nathan worked fast and got done quick so I could go get my daughter. Very happy with the service. Outdoor spigot repair.

Outstanding service! I love that before the technician arrived they notified me with the time of arrival and a pic of who was coming. The technician was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to clearly walk me through everything he was doing as well as what may need to be done in the future. He answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. A great representative of the company!

If I could give zero stars I would. My water heater needs a new sensor installed. The technician (whom did not wear a mask in my home when I requested it over the phone and told they would) wanted to charge over $900 for a sensor replacement and no warranty!! Or they said they could replace my water heater for over $2,200 and only a 2 year warranty. I had to pay a $59 service call to learn that this company is a complete RIP OFF!!!

Requested a quote for a farmhouse sink. They promptly came out and we're very nice. They said they didn't do farmhouse sinks but could refer me. They did offer a drop in since which I was very interested in but after they left they did not send an estimate and are blowing off my Yelp messages which I can see they have read. They also did not share a referral for the farmhouse sink install.

Service Squad did an amazing job replacing the entire sewer line under our house, that was original cast-iron from 1965. The initial technician who diagnosed our problem was Incredibly thorough in his evaluation, let me follow him around, explained what he found every step of the way, and was happy to answer all my questions and show me all the video from inside the sewer pipe. He could not have been more professional and detailed in his explanation. He provided me multiple options at different price points for repairing the damage. The technician who actually replaced the pipe was also just as thorough, taking photos every step of the way of what he was doing, and making the replacement process is easy on us as possible. The excavation team they brought in to dig the tunnel under the home was also excellent. The scheduling team was extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall, the The entire team was very professional, very responsive, very communicative, and and completed the project faster than I had hoped. The.price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received and I couldn’t have been happier. I will happily use Service Squad again in the future and highly recommend them.

We were in the process of selling my mom's house (she passed in 2025) and found through the buyer's inspection, that there appeared to be both foundation and plumbing issues. Our foundation contractor recommended Service Squad, and we could not have gotten anyone better. From the first (stressed out) phone call, to the final inspection, everything was handled perfectly. Our open window for repairs was only a week or so, and they immediately jumped on getting our investigative work started. Once testing was completed and a repair plan in place, it was just days and the work was completed and inspected. My key point of contact, onsite, was Matthew H. I had worked for a GC for over 11 years, followed by almost 30 years in commercial property management. I've had my fair share of communicating with subcontractors, vendors and contractors. I can honestly say that Matthew was hands down, the best service technician I've ever dealt with. He was polite, communicative, very detailed oriented and skilled. This repair could not have gone any better. Thank you to Matthew and the entire Service Squad team. You all come highly recommended from our family.

Chris Bosworth was an incredible technician that did a top of the line , 1st class job and just a wonderful example of superior customer service and interaction with the customer . Everything included in the process of acquiring their service, from the initial text message from the listing on Angi’s List , which I might add was personable from the representative named Theresa that handled and provided info without prompt until the Tech Chris arrived to handle the call . His work was again excellent along with his assistant (whose name slips my mind, sorrry) were awesome to taik to and quick in the fix . They remedied an ongoing headache quickly and efficiently. Such a relief in these times of too many problems and not enough funds . They absolutely eased our household anxiety with the rendering of their top notch service. Kuddos and I will absolutely use yiou again and again ……

Grant was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable when he came to install a new water heater and replace 2 cartridges (1 in a faucet which we had & 1 in a shower that he was to provide). However, he had difficulty finding a supply store that had the correct cartridge for the shower. He located one 30 minutes drive away, made the hour drive to/back, returned with the correct cartridge and completed the repair. We really appreciated his going "the extra mile" to improve our pressure in the shower. He had already completed the water heater installation prior to the faucet & shower repair in a quick, professional manner. We will be glad for Grant to return to our home for any future plumbing repairs.

I had a great experience with Service Squad with Teresa collecting information about the work needing done and coordinating the appointment. Jonathan, the technician and his assistant Cory were both professional. knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They arrive on time, quickly diagnosed the issu,and clearly explained what needed to be done before getting started. I really appreciated how transparent and honest they were about the process and pricing. They work was completed efficiently, and they made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before they left. I highly recommend Service Squad Plumbing and will absolutely call them again for any future Plumbing needs.

Honest and great at their craft - I cannot recommend Service Squad more highly! We had multiple quotes from other plumbers saying we needed extensive work (almost $10k) to address our issue. We were skeptical and saw Service Squad has a great reputation so gave them a call, and I'm so glad we did. They were honest and transparent and were able to solve the issue right away! They knew every other company quoted us a huge job but still solved it as affordably and quickly and possible. They gained my trust with that, and I will always use them going forward.

I have been very pleased with their service. They are knowledgeable and honest. My kitchen sink has been backing up and found out the plumbing up to the disposal was done incorrectly years ago causing the backup. The 16-year-old disposal blades were rusty and needed to be replaced anyway so I had them install a new disposal and they plumbed it up correctly. It's been draining perfectly now. They wear shoe guards to protect my floors and they do a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

On time, professional, helpful, everything went well good. Master plumber Chris is very good and explains everything involved well and thoroughly. Notifications sent when plumber is on the way and when they arrive so the communication process is very good. Had my cast iron sewer and main water lines replaced and new garbage disposal installation done. Everything went well from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Joe and Kent did a great job of diagnosing our plumbing problems and providing us with clear explanations and quotes for additional work. We have been able to differentiate between an irrigation leak and the in-house water pressure issue and are working on resolving both. They were friendly, courteous, thorough, and very clear about steps that needed to be taken. When future problems occur, I will call Service Squad first!

Service Squad made my plumbing experience easy! Great communication from the office and the plumber. I was able to get my plumbing test results while they were still onsite and answered my questions. Very knowledgeable staff and highly recommended! I’ve used them twice now and they are always on time, friendly, and well priced. Outstanding customer service and professional.
