Very happy with the service. Scheduling was easy through the website and coordinating with the plumber, and the service was great. Emmanuel, was knowledgeable and helped explain what the problem was while offering solutions. The problem got fixed quickly and I’d recommend them for someone looking for plumbing help.

I’m an apartment manager of a 49 unit building and I’ve been working with Miguel and Emmanuel for almost 10 years now. They have been taking care of all our major plumbing needs the whole time I’ve been manager. They are quick to respond and willing to work with my nutty schedule. One Sunday I had a toilet leaking from the water supply line and the angle stop was stuck. Emmanuel came out and replaced the angle stop and leaking water line. I have many stories like this. They are great guys and fantastic plumbers. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Really wanted to give them a try first day guy comes and try's to figure out the problem then broke one of the plastic pipes to our sink he apologized which was no biggie we could by another one then says he will come by the next day cause she needs help and couldn't figure it out.. which he said that would be from 8am to 10am.. ok no problem next day comes it's already 12pm and nothing.. call the store says oh let me see what's the problem still no call back then called the plumber since we had his phone number said oh sorry I didn't realized I over booked myself.. said he would come by later and still nothing so has been two days and our sink is still not working.. and still no updates, and still with the broken pipe that he broke so now we are calling someone else.. don't ghost your customers just be honest and upfront instead of ignoring and not calling no communication whatsoever. Would No recommend

A pipe under my parent's the kitchen sink broke and the next day I called Your Plumbing Solution (aka Service Squad). Miguel quoted me $1,200 and I desperately accepted because the main needed to be shut off and there was no water. He sent his son and an assistant to fix the problem. They replaced approximately 10 feet of old pipe, which was partially corroded. Once they turned on the main we had water again, however, the flow at the kitchen sink was mininal. I called Miguel and explained the low flow issue. He came out again, turned on the kitchen sink faucet, and said "you need to replace your entire homes piping". He didn't even bother bending down to look at the job his crew did. Grant it, we haven't had any issues anywhere else in the home, except the kitchen sink where his crew worked. Find yourself another plumber! It'll relieve you of headaches.

Miguel and crew did a shower replacement for me and the job was finished, on time and as promised. Miguel has been kind enough to come back twice because of my finicky issues and he did so cheerfully. We had a backup in the drain system that caused some flooding through the bathroom and into the hallway. I didn't want to bother Miguel so I called Mike Diamond for the $99 special. After spending much time diagnosing the technician carried his equipment into the shower and to the far end of the house. He came back shaking his head saying he had tried to sneak both issues and discovered that there is a hard clog underneath the shower and his suggestion is to do Hydro Flushing. That's an upgrade to a $750 service. I also happened to overhear, when the technician was cleaning up, Mike Diamond's dispatcher advising the technician to say that I should check to see if my insurance will cover the cost. Had another experience with a plumber a few years back who claimed it was the house line to the main sewer. The entire house was under lockdown, this plumber did the video camera search and showed me the pictures, which look like a carefully staged and edited horror movie. He too you came to me shaking his head, saying that this was a very serious clog and that it would probably cost 6 or $7000 to repair, but that perhaps he had a friend who would come and work on it overnight so that by the following morning the house might be back to normal. Fortunately I'm 71 years old and have business acumen in my, and my mama didn't raise no fool. He That plumber dug a big hole in the front yard to access the mainline out of the house, which he had to replace and fill in working well into the nighttime hours. He too failed in his criminal attempt to extort money from a needy homeowner. Mike diamond's guarantee prevented them from charging me the $99, so I gave the technician $20 and said thank you very much. The other plumber that tried to suck us down the main sewer line I have unfortunately seen in the neighborhood doing means sewer line production numbers all over my neighborhood. How sad? We need legitimate people to do legitimate repairs when they are required. If you need any kind of plumbing services or remodeling I highly recommend Miguel and "your plumbing solutions." He has been straightforward from the beginning and as I said has come out every time I've called. Yesterday he cleared the drain in the shower in about 25 to 30 seconds. Something that allegedly Mike diamond's equipment could not accomplish, without upgrading to a $750 Hydro flush. Mike Diamond if you are behind this intent to bait and switch with a $99 special I can only imagine the trap that people will fall into for their free inspection of their tank water heaters? I'll bet you're selling a ton of water heaters aren't you? The point is gentle readers call Miguel at your plumbing solutions

I did a complete rebuild of my house in Fullerton and had a complex plumbing situation where we needed to cap several pipes and recreate in new location while drilling concrete and redoing gas pipework for the house. I knew I wanted to hire a licensed experienced plumber who had a good track record and been in the industry for years. First meeting, spoke to the owner Miguel. I told him what I wanted to do and he said, easy, no problem. After interviewing 10 plumbers, some wanted to charge me to come out to give me a bid, some prices were extremely high, and some did not comprehend the scope of work and said it's too much work, I can't do this. After a week of interviewing, I called back Miguel, we agreed on a price (he was not the cheapest but I felt his personality, familiarity of how I wanted him to carry out this project, and friendly staff won the bid). When hiring a contractor to do any job, you want to make sure they are accommodating to emergency situations. I was able to call Jennifer who usually always picks up the phone (even at 7am) and was able to coordinate inspections, and slots to coordinate with my other electricians, hvac, structural guys, insulation guys, and dry wall guys. This was amazing, usually with contractors, it's when they are available, not when you want them there. That is not the case with Miguel's team. The plumber who worked on this project is Miguel and Jose and I could not ask for a better team. They showed up for every inspections (there were four), and answered any questions, and did not charge me a single penny more than what we agreed on. When I asked for an extra last minute change of adding a quick location for water outlet, they said don't worry about it. I'll take care of it right away, and they went to Home Depot and came back with parts for this extra work. At the end of the day, I believe, they were not the cheapest but the best value and worth every penny. I've used cheap contractors and they string you in first, and then anything you want done, they complain, or hesitate, or want to charge you an arm and a leg. I am truly a customer for life with Miguel. They went above and beyond and I believe the experience was so great, I needed to write this long review for the company. Thank you team!

I have had nothing but hell with a mickey moused drain on the side of my house. The previous owner of the home thought he was "Tim the Tool Man Taylor" and did a bunch of stupid handyman jobs around the house. Anyways, I called a bunch of plumbers (literally 15 or so) to price out replacing a garbage disposal and hydrojetting the drain. YPS was on the lower end of the spectrum and Jennifer was very friendly on the phone and helped me out greatly. We scheduled the work for between 8am and 10am on a Saturday. Miguel and his son, Emmanuel, came out and were great. They sent the jet down the drain and busted through a lot of grease. While Emmanuel continued the jetting process, Miguel switched out the disposal for us. After a while, they sent the camera down to check the line and although it was much cleaner, it was still cruddy with grease. They ran the hydro jet again to attempt to clean it but realizing it was a bad line the previous owner put in, Miguel went above and beyond. He grabbed is auger/snake and ran it down, clearing even more crud out of the line. He hydrojetted it AGAIN, trying to get it cleared but he explained to me that the pipe we not laid properly and did not have "fall" for gravity to pull everything down so stuff is just pooling in the pipe and solidifying. So after spending 3 hours with me (way more than he should have probably, I felt bad that we probably made him late to other appt.) he explained the drain would need to be replaced and quoted us. I was happy to also hear that they do remodels too because we are redoing our bathroom. I asked him to have Jennifer reach out to us to price out the job because I love these guys! I am so happy I went with Your Plumbing Solution to install my kitchen faucet/pipes and dishwasher. After having our kitchen remodeled thanks to a leak under our sink, I've had to deal with a lot of companies to fix various parts of the kitchen. Our final step was to install our faucet and the pipes that go along with it as well as our new dishwasher. Miguel was always quick to respond to my messages and even came early for our free in-home estimate! He gave us a quote and told us to feel free to shop around, which I do admit we did, and he was definitely the best price. The day of our appointment he texted me to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, which was perfect for me. He noticed a piece that went into the sink for the garbage disposal didn't match the color of our new sink and offered to get one that matched. I'm glad he pointed it out to me bc I'm such a perfectionist and I would've obsessed with it later on. Once he finished the job he cleaned up and made sure there were no leaks. He also noticed there was a piece missing from the garbage disposal and that we could have a potential fire because of it so he offered to come back and fix that for us too. If that's not great service, idk what is! When we are ready for our bathrooms to be remodeled, I know I'll be giving Miguel a call. If you need a great, honest, and genuinely kind plumber, call Miguel. You won't regret it!

We had a clogged Drain lots of leakage as worst i can possibly get. I'm a bit of a DIYer and love to youtube solutions, unfortunately all it did in my case was drop waste about 100 bucks in drain cleaner and a home snake. the ones you attach a drill to that is super crazy messy and didn't even fix my issue. I did just about everything possible, hot water, vinegar, hot vinegar baking soda, Did the whole draino and industrial strength drain cleaners or uncloggers and still had problems. If i knew about Miguel and Jennifer before anything and how easy and upfront these guys were i would have called them a lot sooner. Don't make my mistake. The effort and time i buried to unclogging my problem is much more then paying the bill to these guys. I was expecting hundreds of dollars in cost and crazy amount of time but they were in and out in like 15 minutes. They even cleaned up after themselves and wiped down our floor. What else can i say. Don't hesitate, call them they are my now go to people and i am definitely going to refer them to just about anyone i know that has plumbing issues or needs work done. Did i mention i called, got same day service and they were nice to my dog! =) They do take cards as well! gave me a 2 hour window. arrived exactly on time. scheduled that morning.

The experience was only positive from beginning to end. Starting with Jennifer from the office, who squeezed in a free consult on the DAY OF, which told me that the company understood that when customers call in need of a plumber, it's typically ALWAYS urgent, and they run their business with this assumption. She is fast, well organized, informed, and has stellar communicative skills, using even texting as a means of communication! 5 Stars for her Customer Service alone in managing me and the guys on the field. Miguel and his intern were on time even though they had to squeeze me into an already fully booked day. Miguel was knowledgeable and knew what the problem was with my laymans explanation before he even went to physically check it out, after 3 other plumbers and handymen before him were stumped. He was right on point and scheduled to return in 2 days time. Well...2 days later, we are all happy campers in this house and a plumbing problem we had for over 3 months is a problem no longer. Can I say anymore? 5 Star service from Office to the Field with reasonable prices and professional work ethic that you can trust. Why would you call those first 3 plumbers? Start with YPS the first time and Your Problems will be Solved...afterall, what does YPS stand for again?...

I am so impressed with the service I received today from Miguel and Jennifer. It was for a problem with my washer hookups. I called several plumbers today (of corse off of Yelp) and only one other plumber called me back and gave me a pretty high quote not to mention in a monotone mood. I like the ,personable and friendly, kind of service. Especially, cuz it's at my/(your) house!! Fast, friendly service would be enough, but these guys go "above and beyond", does anybody remember that? After the service for the washer was done, I turned on my gas line for the dryer, went upstairs and came back down at the time to put the clothes in the dryer...I was horrified to walk into,,,basically a gas chamber!!! I didn't know what to do, I opened the garage door and called Jennifer, she then called, Miguel, he then turned his truck around and came back to my house. It turns out that I had stripped the gas line to my dryer, cuz I tighten it too much, and that's why it was leaking. But really, that wasn't the surprise, it was when I got the bill, he didn't even charge me for that! Thanks!! I just moved into an older home, and I'm gonna need plumbing services, for sure, so, I'm calling Miguel and his company again...TY! :)

If I could give this company no stars, I would. Back in April, I hired them to replace my outgoing plumbing as sewage was spewing into my home through the toilets, baths, and sinks. They also capped a vent so as not to break through a wall until I continued with my remodel. Initially, I was very satisfied. Fast forward to July. I needed to replace my water line, so I called another plumber to do the job because I received a better quote. I come to find out that all the piping they removed was left under the house. I called an inspector and he said that this was an absolute health hazard, and I also found out the pipes were never strapped. In addition, I discovered that the vent was never capped. They did eventually remove the old pipes and strapped the new ones in after after I called them. I then had the vent fixed by another plumber. To add insult to injury, when he went under the house, he also found a ton of cigarette butts! No one in my house smokes. I've lived here for over 20 years and nobody other than these men have been under my house. It will be a cold day in hell before I allow these clowns to come back to my home; even if the warranty has not expired!

I had a terrible leak in my bath/shower fixture. I tried to fix it myself, but the fact that the fixture itself was as old as the house (50+ yrs) I could not budge it. So I called YPS on a Sunday. Jennifer was very friendly and scheduled an appt on Monday. Because of inclement weather, they were running behind and Jennifer made sure to call and inform me of this, A+... Miquel came, took a look and stated it could not be repaired but only replaced. Ahhhhhh....wasn't expecting that.. Or maybe I was and hoping not. Anyway, they replaced the fixture that day. It looks much better (Miquel did a great job) and the leak is gone. Miquel was very Friendly and informative. Took extra effort to protect my refinished tub and answered all my questions with a smile.. I can ask alot of questions! Miquel has a sense of humor to boot. After, while inquiring around ( because I didn't really have time to price shop) the price he quoted was fair. He even cut me some slack on the price to snake my drain since he was there anyways... I would recommend YPS, If I ever have another plumbing issue, They're coming back :-)

We’ve used this company for prior jobs at our commercial building, including a water heater and toilet repair, and those experiences went well. On this most recent plumbing repair, however, communication and follow-up fell short. The following week after the repair, a staff member noticed the kitchen sink near the repair area had very low water pressure. Since our office has limited in-person use, I followed up the next week once I was able to review the issue. I also had not received the invoice, even though my business card was provided onsite. When I spoke with the owner, the invoice was sent that evening, and I was told they would call the following week to schedule a time to look at the pressure issue. That follow-up call never happened. I later called and sent a detailed text with my availability to meet onsite, but received no response. Due to the lack of follow-up, we are moving forward with another plumber to assess and resolve the issue. In a commercial setting, timely communication and reliability are critical, and unfortunately this experience did not meet that expectation.
