Thank you service pros these guys are genuinely amazing they came and snaked and hydro jetted my clogged main drain and replaced my water heater and truly did an amazing job and there prices were also extremely fair I highly recommend them

Great to work with and fast to respond. Service was in South Orange and they were here in under an hour on a weekend. I highly recommend Service Pros.
Literally the worst service. Said they would be in an hour. Took 2hrs. Ok, late call no worries. Then someone with a thick accent finally comes at 10pm to give me a “diagnosis” and fix my frozen pipe (which when I called to confirm, they told me they do). After the “diagnosis” I was told he would “try something” and he called me back saying he couldn’t fix it. I was then given a $725 bill for literally 15 mins and no solution to my issue. I went back and forth with management to at least only pay a service fee as nothing was actually done which was not pleasant… then the technician calls me to ask for MONEY!! I couldn’t believe it. This is money hungry company. Insane. Worst experience with a contractor in my life and I’ve had plenty.
