JP was amazing. came in and diagnosed our issue. came up with a good solution and gave us advice and then did the repair the next day. super fast. quality work. everything works perfect and left the job site clean. highly recommend.
I had an awesome work experience with technician JP. He expertly diagnosed my plumbing matter and resolved it. I appreciate his respectfully of my home as he had to go through garage and certain parts of my house to resolve my plumbing issue. I would certainly use this company for any future plumbing matters. Excellent service!!!
JP came out to move a gas line in my kitchen. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Explained everything and got the job done quickly. Also got a seismic shit off added to my gas meter while he was here. That will give me peace of mind the next time the ground shakes and I’m not home. 10/10 would use again, and if I need them I’ll be asking for JP to be my service technician!!
Service Pros Plumber technician Eddie Plaster is an example of high skilled professional. He identified and explained in simple words what my whirlpool bathtub issues are, and how they should be fixed. He presented an estimate of work before leaving my house. I want to praise Eddie Palmer for the high quality work he already completed bathroom jacuzzi water fill up faucet. He did run into technical issue with replacement of universal cartridge fro shower head. So, he went beyond the work scope, contacted the manufacturer for additional instructions and is devoted to finish the work with success. I recommend Eddie as a very good technician for all plumber needs.
I needed this pipe removed and a shorter piece installed. Eddie did a great job making sure it was done right. I am looking forward to working with him on our next project. Truely a top tier team over at Service Pros!!
