I had an excellent experience with Service Professor during what was becoming a stressful situation. We had a toilet overflow that was causing noticeable water damage, and when I called, Andrew was the first person I spoke with. He was incredibly empathetic, professional, and understanding of the urgency of the situation. He immediately reassured me that they would do everything possible to take care of us and get someone out as quickly as possible. Andrew also took the time to learn about our situation, including the fact that I’m currently mobilized away from my family with the Coast Guard. That level of personal attention and genuine care meant a lot. He made sure we received every available discount, including their military discount, which was greatly appreciated. After our call, I immediately received a text confirmation for the earliest available appointment, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. The technician who came to our home was professional, honest, and focused on solving the actual problem. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services or pressure us into additional work. Instead, he clearly explained what was happening, fixed the issue, and provided helpful advice to help prevent it from happening again in the future. From the initial phone call to the completed repair, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. They explained my situation thoroughly, took professional documentation for my insurance company spent an entire day ripping out my old outdated electrical panel and installing a new one. They had me set up with a generator until my power was restored everything passed code Consumers were called and came out that same day and my power was restored! Thank you 🙏

I had them do a CIPP epoxy liner just over a year ago now, and I was very happy with the experience. It was a sudden and stubborn blockage, and another plumbing service had already tried twice and were recommending yard excavation (I don't have a cleanout). The SP estimate (Mike B) came out for a second opinion within a few hours of my call and explained how they could do a CIPP without the disruption. They were very thorough - I had two different drains and they mapped both and then cemented over the one that was vestigial. (My house is from '56.) They also rebuilt most of my basement stack with PVC (took out cast iron). They even added a pump to my utility sink to lift my laundry water up and out the stack rather than letting it drain into that old pipe where it probably just slowly absorbed back into the ground. My drain is about 100 feet with a right angle and they were able to get the CIPP installed without too much trouble. In all I had 4-8 plumbers in my house at any given point for three full days, and they didn't leave until everything was done at about 6 pm on Valentine's Day (Friday). Mike stayed on site the whole time and he and the lead plumber (Jordan, I believe) were very responsive and explained everything to me along the way. He also answered a followup text a few months later, on a Saturday, within an hour or two. They got me what I feel was a reasonable price, and found me 0% financing for 18 months. They quoted me up front before they knew everything else they might be doing like the second drain and rebuilding the stack, but didn't try to up the cost. I didn't totally like that the loan was basically opening a credit card with a bank, but so far the repayment process has been fine. I probably could have found a cheaper solution (from them or someone else), but there's a 20 yr warranty on the CIPP and I like not worrying about another blockage for at least that long.

We had the best experience with Service Professor last week - highly recommend! Our heat stopped working and with a quick call Nathan was at our home within 2 hours to work through diagnosis and repair. He was friendly, extremely thorough in explanation of what needed to be repaired, and was consistent with follow up until the necessary part was available to be installed in our Lennox HVAC system. He was so polite, knowledgeable and gained our family’s trust very quickly. He was clean, wore shoe covers, and super professional. To add - the office staff was super helpful, and always communicated ETAs to ensure we were home for appointments! Service Professor and Nathan - thank you!!

He found the issue, repaired it, and also fixed the humidifier. John shared helpful tips on how to keep our system healthy and well maintained.
