Had Jake & Zack over for a couple of sink-related issues and had a great experience with both of them. They were prompt, friendly, and completed the jobs well! We had a couple of leaks in 2 different sinks (installed new garbage disposal, fixed piping, faucet defect, etc) and both were thorough and explained our options. Highly recommend and our go-to for plumbing service.

Zack from Service Pro was awesome. He swapped out my 21 year old gas water heater for a new 50‑gallon Bradford White and had the whole thing done the same day. I had a few quotes already and he was able to provide me a fair and competitive price. Super friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything clearly. Really solid service all around. Highly recommend!

We needed to replace our water heater. From the free estimate to the finished product, I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Jake was the technician who handled everything from answering my questions to taking care of every detail of the installation. He was very pleasant and professional.

Called for service call on water heater. Zach was nice and informative, however, it really was a sales appointment. NOT what I called for. After the sales pitch with multiple options, and after his initial observations said a lot of my connections looked nice and semi new, was told everything needed to be replaced. Opposite of what he said at first. Then he explained he needed to see if it was even working, so ran diagnostics. As it turned out, all he needed to do was hit the restart button on thermostat. That’s it. Should have started with that, not the whole sales pitch stuff. Charged me 648.40 to just push one button. Not happy about this one at all. At least Zach was a normal nice person.

Brandon Mayfield was an exceptional person who was very helpful in every way. He made it so there was no stress on my part. I highly recommend service pro plumbing and Brandon.
