Great job by Jose Try 10 times to clear it with regular machine and then brought in the hydro jet💥 it was cleared. After clearing the line Jose put the camera all the way to the street. Pipe was good just too much TP and wipes 🧻

No work was done by hero. Called another company. Due to original appointment was for 2/4 no show, sent email to confirm and rescheduled for 2/5 no response and then your employee shows up an announced with no schedule time window by then I already had called someone else which they confirmed the time

This is the second time we have used Rooter Hero.. They are all very pleasant from the first call finding out what our issue is .. to again calling back with an appointment time as well as an email and txt message.. Today we seen the technician Darrion Davis.. Very nice and knowledgeable young man.. Explained everything he was going to do before he started.. Called this company and they came out short notice. Josias was the tech that came out and he was very professional. He asked what the problem was and got right to work. He went down to his work van and retrieved all the equipment that was needed and got the job done. If I’m ever a need of a plumbing company again, I won’t hesitate to reach back out. I called for sewer backup service. Al came on time and promptly went to work. The problem seemed to be more serious than anticipated and additional equipment did not clear the blockage due to a possible broken underground pipe. Although the drain could not be cleared on the spot Al and his team were very professional and maybe called back once my insurance coverage is confirmed.

The service technician we had was extremely knowledgeable with plumbing and water leakage. He explained well what went wrong, how he would fix the leakage and checked all aspects of the leakage to ensure no more water flows out! Technician came across as very friendly and courteous, no questions unanswered! My husband and I are very satisfied with the services he provided!

Jay, I believe knew exactly what he needed to do to fix my plumbing problem. He is courteous on time and if he’s going to be late, he always informed me by phoning. After replacing my completely old and clogged pipes with new ones he cleaned up and took all the garbage with him. My double sinks and my shower now drain perfectly and we are very pleased.

Fantastic experience. Kent was quick to arrive, quick to assess and diagnose, and quick to resolve the issue. He was polite, personable, and made me feel completely at ease during the whole process - one that was causing me some concern as it was a potential flooding of my garage. Great work - and would love to work with him again... anytime.

Leonard's always great - he's done a bunch of different jobs for me (I'm a small time property manager in charge of 14 toilets and more sinks, etc.). Everything from leaks in the ceiling to mysterious backups to sinks where someone installed fixtures upside down - he's always my go-to call. I would never hesitate to recommend. :D

I had a fantastic experience with Kent and Rooter Hero. They were able to come quickly on a Sunday and worked for 4+ hours until the situation was resolved, going well into the late evening. Kent was incredibly kind, calm and able to answer all of my questions and help my understand the problem. Would highly recommend!

Logan was great to work with on our drain issue. He was very courteous and had reached out to let me know what time he'd be there. He was done within 30 minutes of arriving and took care of the backed up drain. He was very conscientious of making sure water did not get all over the place and that was appreciated!
