The service was a camera inspection of sewer line under basement floor and under front porch. Where others shrugged off the problem and decided extremely invasive & expensive work was needed and the only solution, Tyler focused on the least invasive and most practical solution. Very much appreciate the attention to details and communication.

Tyler was courteous , very helpful explained everything and efficient. I would definitely call them again!

Was able to schedule an appointment the day I called. Repair was efficiently and effectively carried out. (Snaking a drain.) Technician was knowledgeable and shared info about what he was doing. Will call them again if I need a plumber.

Hate to leave a 1 star and will remove if proved otherwise but i had a sewer backup issue and paid $1000 for snaking. They warned me afterwards it may flood again bc there was a bell curve in the pipe which is was quoted $10k to fix. In 2 days the pipe did backup again which i called them back and they resnaked for another $1000. I felt pressured to sign a contract to get the $10k 'permanent' fix and they said if i signed that night they'd discount the 2nd snaking fee to $500. I got a second plumbers opinion who snaked it for $500, and it never backed up again since and it's been 5months. This may have been a genuine skill error like maybe the second plumber was just better at the job but was very disappointed with the results working with SFP and the weird sales pressure like tactic to get me to sign the 10k fix. Like I said, maybe the sewer backs up again tmrw and im wrong, if so ill take this down when it does backup again. However, the fact that it backed up 2d after they snaked it vs 5months with a diff plumber is very suspicious.

Excessive pressure on payment after work was done. Be ready to pay as soon as work is completed.

Second update: had Tyler out to our home again, this time to tackle a low flow issue from the water dispenser of our new refrigerator. Tyler had it repaired in no time, turns out the previous owner had installed the wrong type of valve on the water line. Water dispenser is working great now, the whole family is thrilled! Thanks again Tyler. Update to my original review: we’ve had Tyler back out to our home on two more occasions to address some items we had been putting off. All fixed up, service and quality of work was excellent. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable. He has always given us a run-down of issues and his recommendation to remediate, as well as options. He also welcomes questions and I’ve learned a lot about my plumbing system thanks to him. I absolutely recommend Service Force! Really impressed with Service Force. I submitted an online request and received a call back almost immediately, and an appointment for the next day. Tyler arrived on time and did great work despite the repair being challenging. He also took the time to answer some other questions I had about my plumbing system. I highly recommend Tyler and Service Force!

Every aspect of working with these guys was so great; I called about a dead garbage disposal, and they got me in the same day, had a replacement piece ready to go in the truck, and were in and out in like an hour. Communication was easy; I sent a text in the company thread after the repair with a question and got a phone call almost immediately from my tech, Kamron, not a general reply or dispatcher, and when they needed to come by to do a quick adjustment the following day, I got a call from Kolby saying they had a window open before our set appointment and they could get it done for me sooner. Oh, and the financing service they offer is a breeze; as soon as the repair was finished, I got a link to get pre-approved for the specific repair amount, and it was over and they were paid and I had a payment plan setup and ready within minutes; they were literally still standing in my kitchen and it was done. Even my cat liked them, and he doesn’t like anyone! Bonus that it’s family owned and locally run! Thanks for everything!

As frequently our house has required a plumber, we've encountered and have called upon various companies to assist us, many of whom we've felt were dishonest in their approach, wanting to make an extra buck any way they could. Without a doubt, this is the best service we've had. From the original call it felt different from other places. We called a bit late yesterday, expecting an answering machine, but thankfully they answered and scheduled someone to come out around 1pm, next day. Gave us a time and the name of the plumber, Tyler. Tyler was fantastic. Prompt, friendly, informative, straight-forward, and above all, I felt I could trust him. Listened to my concerns and history of the houses plumbing issues and quickly came up with a solution and fixed it. He also informed me of issues that may arise in the future and how to fix them, but did not pressure to pull the trigger on anything right away. I sincerely appreciate the service provided and will definitely be contacting Tyler and Service Force in the future.

Service Force Plumbing is serious about Customer Service. I received next-day service. Instead of giving me a 2 to 5 hour window, they actually gave me an exact time. Tyler, the plumber they sent was fantastic. He called me in advance, showed up on time, assessed the situation and found no leak from the pipes. Tyler found an entirely unexpected situation, which didn’t benefit their company, and I still need to take care of it, but the fact that it wasn’t something within their realm, that shows integrity and an unbiased assessment of the situation. Plus, they made recommendations to a company that could take care of the non-plumbing-pipe issue. They did fix one other minor problem, which was a stuck garbage disposal with professionalism. Their prices are not cheap, but given the quality of the overall experience, they are worth it!!

They emailed me right back when I left an after-hours inquiry about a water heater replacement (mine went kaput), offered a next day appointment and gave me a quote over the phone. They did not try to upsell me once they were here, did the work efficiently and charged me as quoted. Service Force Plumbing is my new plumber and will be recommended to everyone I know! Second visit review: Kitchen sink p trap leaked and I thought I needed a pipe shortened to replace it properly. Elbio was honest with me about that not being needed, knowing that I would actually be able to fix it myself. I only incurred the visit fee and he gave me some helpful tips. I really appreciate that Elbio did not man-splain as so many servicemen do. It's very appropriate that "service" is the first part of their name!

David did a great job addressing a leak in an old toilet. He explained the leak and the options, including identifying the toilet's approximate age. We discussed price (which was very reasonable) and timing, and a week later, my new toilet had arrived and David did the install perfectly. The scheduler was also very helpful in this process, and I appreciated that the same person saw the issue through from start to finish, making the process quicker and easier for me. This is the third time we've used Service Force Plumbing over the past few years: the first for a toilet install in another bathroom and the second for a kitchen faucet replacement. The friendliness, helpfulness, and solid work have been consistent. We will continue to use them whenever we need a plumber.

I called and spoke with Courtney and Roy first thing in the morning yesterday to get a quote on a replacement water heater for my mother in law who was without hot water for a couple of weeks. After reviewing some photos I sent him, Roy quickly provided a recommendation and estimate for the job. He patiently explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. His quote was not the cheapest, but I felt it was reasonable considering what we were getting. His company has a 6 year parts AND labor warranty, which is pretty unheard of in this industry. His techs came and installed it today and now my mother in law finally has hot water again. Very thankful for the quick turnaround and professionalism and courteous service from Roy and his team.

Tyler Pittenger arrived on time. I showed him all my plumbing issues and he answered them. In one bathroom he unstuck bathroom shower faucet handles, in another showed me what faucet handle operated what shower head. In the last bathroom he replaced rusty innards. My clogged kitchen sink became unclogged turning on the garbage disposal. He installed a new kitchen faucet. He suggested the use of enzymes in the garbage disposal half yearly. He cleaned up and took the faucet box and rusty commode innards to his truck. All work completed in two hours. He even gave me a suggestion for a company Pipe Dreams that may service sidewalk/ driveway melt. Totally satisfied with work performed and would use again. Highly recommend.

We had an overall great experience. We noticed our hot water availability had been tapering off over a week or so and the Service Force team was able to fix the problem the next day which was unexpected. Ethan and Cameron did a great job of explaining the likely cause better than others we had contacted, going over options to fix, and working with us to select a replacement water heater that seemed to best fit our needs. The install was clean and whole experience was very professional. As a side note they also managed to cleanly haul out our old 75G water heater which was weighed down by 18 years of sediment.
