John was great from Service Experts. He fixed my toilet in a short amount of time and explained everything to me as he went along. He told me of other issues that needed fixed but never pressured me to get them done today. He was very friendly and professional also.

Wonderful experience with Service Experts. First time using them. John was great and knew what he was doing. We had a commode installed in our bathroom. Appointment was easy to make. Everyone has been accommodating, informative and pleasant. Highly recommended 😊

I recently had my semi‑annual HVAC maintenance performed by Jason, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was detailed, quick, and completely thorough. Jason took the time to explain the overall health of my system in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. He was polite, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the work he was doing. It’s reassuring to have a technician who not only completes the job professionally but also makes sure you understand the condition of your equipment. Great service all around. I’m very satisfied and will continue relying on Service Experts for my HVAC maintenance.

I have been a loyal customer of service experts for many years. I made an AC repair appointment for 4-8 pm today (June 6) way ahead of time (May. 31) and got confirmation via email and text. Today, I waited for 4 hours and nobody showed up. I called more than 5 times and the concern was escalated multiple times. It is now 11:03 pm. I still do not have an answer. Their service lacks of good communication and back up. If you are unlucky that the appointment before yours takes longer than expected, you are stuck. I do not know how their service can be rated five stars. We do not have AC in this hot weather. June 7 8:15 am—they texted me that the technician is on the way and expected us to be there. We are 30 miles away. If they informed us last night, it would be a better outcome. The bottom line is that their service is not customer-centered. I will keep record what happens.

We have Service Experts for several years and they have always responded in a timely manner whenever there is an issue. No problems with technician interactions and they are very knowledgeable about our HVAC system. They are all very friendly as well. The problem we have had almost every time is they never have all the stuff to complete the maintenance work. It’s usually that they don’t have the filter that our unit needs. Yesterday we were told that they didn’t have the maintenance kit. I don’t know what that means but it’s probably that he didn’t have the filter with him. The problem is that now they have to schedule a time to come out again and either my wife or myself has to be available for a 4 hour window of time so that they can complete the maintenance. I find this to be very frustrating because my wife and I have busy schedules so it’s not the easiest thing for us to do. So instead of a 4 hour window of time it’s now an 8 hour window over 2 different days. In my opinion they should know what equipment we have and be prepared to do the complete maintenance in one visit. I’d rather they tell us that they need to order something and schedule an appointment after they have all that they need. I actually do building maintenance at work and the HVAC company we deal with is always prepared or they run to their warehouse for parts so they can complete the job if at all possible. Sometimes it’s beyond their control but that is not the norm. My hope is that this review will stimulate someone there to give this some thought. Also our system is basically leased since we make a monthly payment and repairs are covered so they really should know what equipment we have.
