Let me just say.. absolutely fantastic service and tech! Alek showed up on x, listen to everything I told him, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it all (clogged line/toilet seal/reset )for $351. Absolute professional and friendly. Well versed and knowledgeable as well as contact numbers for AC and Electrical work we need done. These guys are our plumbing peeps permanently. Thanks Alek and SCP!

I recommend this company! Mr. Chris was so kind let me watch, explained everything he was doing, and answered my questions with patience. Also when making the appointment, the receptionist was very nice and made it a priority to put me on the top of the list for any cancelations.

Service Company Plumbing replaced water line and sewer line to the house. They were very prompt and responsive. The crew kept a very neat job site, and they kept the area of disturbance to a minimum. The work was completed quickly and the disruption to service was surprising short - only a couple hours. Last, the employees were all very police and respectful. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend them!

I needed a gas line leak test down with the gas gauge. I had already completed the valve replacement, paid for the permit, and scheduled the city to come back out. I was quoted $520 with the $69.95 service technican fee. I paid the technician fee, I felt taken advantage off and declined. I had two other quotes and this one was astronomical compared to them. $520 was absurd for a line test.

Cover high prices with good branding and friendly staff. I would recommend staying far away.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Service Company Plumbing. They have been an absolute lifesaver for us and several of our neighbors. Not only did they quickly diagnose and repair multiple plumbing issues in our homes, but every person we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Johnathan and Mike. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They were honest, hardworking, and always took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. It made a stressful situation so much easier knowing we could trust their guidance. What really stood out to us was their fairness and transparency. Their pricing felt very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. They replaced the main sewer line in our 90-year-old home, which is no small job, and the work was done carefully and thoroughly. They didn’t cut corners and made sure everything was done right. Our plumbing issues were resolved quickly and professionally, and we felt a huge sense of relief once everything was finished. Mike Creager's Services Co. Plumbing is the best plumbing company we have ever dealt with. Mike and his team (Diego was our plumber) are honest, efficient and very thorough. Diego got on the phone with the manufacturer to trouble shoot problems with our water softener, tried everything they recommended before discussing replacement. They provided multiple options for replacing/repairing our system. Diego is a really nice young man that loves what he does, helping the customer solve problems! Refreshing to see a young man with such a great work ethic and excellent customer service skills. We will never need to call anyone else for our plumbing needs! Love these guys

Excellent communication and service. I was flying into Fort Worth for a specific 4-part kitchen project. Jonathon made sure my project agenda was known ahead of time and then Clint arrived on time and worked most of the day. Clint's work was exceptional, and thoughtful on how the project needed to progress. The end result was fantastic and a much improved kitchen work envrionment. When finished, Clint summarized the work on the invoice and reviewed each component of the project to my satisfaction. We will miss Clint and made him a family member. FYI the company charges a 3.5% credit card fee on top of the work. I went to the ATM to get cash instead. Plan ahead.

Mike only hires the best; Clint did an extensively thorough inspection of my current plumbing and discovered major deficiencies that were present. The other companies wanted to charge for testing without even entering the crawl space, but Clint found all the faults through a visual inspection. Clint was an absolute Godsend; he was empathetic, through, and a pleasure to be in his presence. He ran into more issues while doing a full drain replacement, but if those things didn't pop up, I might not have know they were happening. Thank you again for all the hard work.

In a market with literally THOUSANDS of available choices there are only two things that matter. Knowledgable contractors and customer service. I wish I could give this company 10 stars! They answer the phones or call you right back. They demonstrate real concern and care for your plumbing issues (which can sometimes be emergency situations and very stressful). They do good work, explain everything and make sure you get what you need, done right, and don't try and upsell you just to make a buck. Call them.

Simply the best! After being told by another local plumber they couldn't help us for 6 weeks, Alek was on top of things the same day & next day. He connected us with a restoration company for the water damage from our leak, who has worked wonderfully with our insurance, and made this entire process painless for us. Our house is almost 100 years old and needs the extra TLC that others weren't able to provide us. These are top notch guys who get the job done! We're putting Service Plumbing on speed dial!
