Service Champions

I had a great experience with Service Champions. When I called, they were able to send Patrick out very quickly, which was incredibly convenient. He arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem with my water heater, and even went out to get the part that was needed. He came back and fixed everything the same day. Patrick was very professional, friendly, and efficient. It was such a relief to have the problem solved so quickly without waiting days like with many other companies. If you need something fixed quickly, I definitely recommend Service Champions. They are reliable, convenient, and provide excellent service.

Sam Munguia came out yesterday and he was very knowledgable about the heater system he was checking on and how the vents work. I love when I get detailed information on work done to my house. He is top notch. I hope when'd I need service on my AC he comes again. Thank you again Sam

Big compliment to Service Champions Amber Felicio our Technician today. We are on a service plan for our heating and air conditioning system. With that we receive a maintenance check up twice a year. Amber was very professional in every way. She showed up as scheduled and got right to work servicing our equipment. She actually discovered a short in our system that would have really run up our SMUD bill. We were completely unaware of it. With the Service champion contract, we got a super discount on the part, an Electromagnetic Relay and even more important the extra labor and time it took to really troubleshoot our system. That Amber works very hard. I was getting dizzy, watching her run up and down the stairs from the inside furnace of our system to the outside part of our system. I highly recommend Service champions and the training and expertise of their team.

Not happy with the sales side of Service Champions. Originally we called in because our hot water heater was going out, and just wanted a simple replacement. They did an inspection, and upsold us saying the pipes were old and needed to be completely replaced. In reality we should have received a 2nd or even 3rd opinion as we learned from the install team the sales guy work off commission. However our grandmother used service champions for her AC system, and trusts these people. Also the house is old so it’s not completely unbelievable. We were told the guys would do their thing, and a few days later the county would inspect the work. We wish the sales team provided better expectations on the whole process. We would have gotten a hotel for the install first off. We felt we were in the guys way. Now we are being told the county will not inspect until March 3rd. While our house is a mess, and driveway is in shambles. More work is needed on this house,and we will not be going through service champions again nor providing any referrals to our friends and family.

I'm new to Service Champions. A friend told me about her complete satisfaction. I used to be with another company (name starts with G) and decided to try Service Champions and glad I did. They are always patient, courteous and accommodating. The consultation with the Advisor at my home was very professional and respectful. The technician that installed my hot water heater was VERY skilled and respectful. The heater is running excellent! Also, the tech treated me as if we've been friends for a while. I didn't get additional bids but did a quick online research and I think the price was good. So, below I just indicated a reasonable price because I didn't have any other actual bids/estimates.
