Service 360 was excellent! Tracy in their customer service department was super-helpful and setting up the appointment was easy. Tony, our plumber (who had worked on our home thru a previous employer), was wonderful as always. Courteous, prompt and quickly resolved our plumbing issues in a reasonable timeframe. Calling them was a no-brainer because we had built trust in Tony and knew he could handle the issue(s). We did expect to pay a bit more since this is a bit larger company than your hometown plumber, but the trust we had in Tony's abilities outweighed the cost.

I am so happy to have found Service 360! They are true craftsmen who employ honest, friendly technicians and provide exceptional customer service. My experience with them was amazing, even when I faced a difficult situation. I had to have my boiler replaced and unfortunately ran into some hurdles with a difficult finance company. However, thanks to Terri and Jackie, those financing issues were quickly resolved. I worked most often with Terri, and she delivered amazing customer service every single time. On the technical side, Rick was beyond exceptional. In fact, every single person I interacted with was helpful and kind. If you are looking for an honest service group with technicians who take pride in their work, I highly recommend Service 360!
Charged me $112 (without notifying me prior) to come out to give an estimate. Never provided the estimate in writing. Their email address listed isn't a valid email, and their call in number never resolves to a real person. This company is a scam, and should be avoided at all costs. Also cut the lock out on my electric meter without notifying the power company. Edited given their response: I never received any email from them beyond the invoice where they charged me $112. This was the result when I attempted to email them:
I had a 2’fer today. Not only did I need a fixture installed, but my heat was not working. Griff, as always was undeniably the best! In minutes, my heat was working again and he was on his way. I can’t speak enough mind words about service 360 and how professional the entire crew is always. I deal with them on a professional and a personal level and would never choose anyone else. God bless you Griff! (Sorry for the sludge!)
