Had a back up and even though Scott was booked for the day, he made sure someone came to take care of my issue. His tech Joe is amazing. He was on another job, but called me to check in with me and introduce himself. He gave me an estimated time when he would be able to arrive. When he got tied up, he called again to update me on being late. When he did arrive, he was polite and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with Scott Cole Plumbing and recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Recently discovered warm floors so I had to search for a plumber. We decided to go with Scott Cole Plumbing. I think with many…when we do any kind of house construction work it’s really nerve-racking and we want to find somebody that is going to get the job done fast and right. Some one that we can trust if something were to go wrong they will get that all taken care of and that is exactly what his company has provided for us from start to finish. We had a SLAB LEAK and they did a WHOLE HOUSE REPIPE for our home and drywall after. Took two days. They had open communication with us any time we had questions..even days after it was done. I definitely recommend them. We have a second home in corona that I’m sure in the future I will go back to them to repipe that one as well. It’s hard to find someone who is legit . Scott Cole and his team just finished the whole house repipe on my property. We finally decided to make this investment after having two slab leaks in my 26-year-old home—it was definitely time. Scott and the crew were outstanding. Their communication was clear, they gave a thorough explanation of the entire process, and they worked incredibly efficiently and cleanly. Even the sub-contractors were excellent; they were really neat and tidied up as they worked. They were especially careful and sensitive about patching up the access holes they had to make in my walls—you'd never know they were there. I want to give special recognition to the team leads, Jose and Phil. Their communication was fantastic, and they're clearly very skilled plumbers. I would absolutely recommend Scott and his team to anyone needing plumbing work done for their home. They did a fantastic job.👍

I had the 3rd slab leak and decide to do the total repipe the house.   I got quotes from 5 repipe plumbing companies and decided to go with Scott Cole Plumbing – Scott always picked up my call on the 1st ring and his 5 star review. The job took two days: 1st day included covering everything, cut holes on the dry walls, ceilings and ran PEX pipes from the front of the main water to the 4 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room/sink,  frig ice water outlet and the garden bibbs.   There must be 90 something holes that I counted.  Team replaced the water pressure regulator and  put in the new water heater expansion tank.  All bathroom shower head valves/fixtures and all shutoff valves under sinks/toilets were also replaced.   At the end of the day, the water was turned and checked for leaks – found no leaks.  I was soo happy that I got the water back… The team clean up and put away all the covering plastics, tarps and blankets. The next day, the second team came in very early morning.  Again, the team coverred the house , patching and texture all the holes on the walls, ceilings, including the ouside stucco.  When finished, the team remove all covers and cleaned the area that they had worked on. I am very  satisfied with the work Scott team did a great job – exceed my expection.   I am very happy that I had called Scott Cole for the repiping and the future plumbing work that I would have.   Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Scott Cole Plumbing. I had a water heater leak that I discovered at 6 AM and I called them at 6:30 to see what their prices were. They were able to come out within two hours with a new water heater and installed it right away. They arrived at about 8:15 AM and they were done by 9:45 AM. They also helped me with a water softener issue I had without adding any extra time to the job. They were very professional, honest, went above and beyond, and even cleaned up after they were done with their own rags. I’ll definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing that I need. If you need a good company, this is the one to pick for sure!
