Top 3 service calls I have had ever. Came when they told me they would. Clearly explained my options. Very transparent on pricing. Professional, courteous, cleaned up the work space after the repair. Jumped to the top of my “call list” for plumbing! Thank you for taking care of us.

Grant, BJ and Tony installed a new sump pump discharge for me and did a great job. They are very responsive to my calls and emails. I will definitely refer and call them again for any plumbing issues.

We switched to Schlievert after having issues with a previous plumbing company and we've loved the service. Looking at the 1 star reviews it seems people are most annoyed by response time. This is a smaller plumbing company so they don't have a fleet of plumbers they can send out. If you want a personal, well thought out diagnosis, I 100% recommend them. In only 2 trips They fixed multiple sinks in my house and diagnosed my dishwasher and shower where other plumbers were dismissive of our concerns. However, if you're looking for larger scale projects and have tight deadlines, they might not be the right fit for you. We need to replace our sump pump after the crazy rains and they let us know ahead of time that it will be a couple of weeks before they could do that work after diagnosing it. But they were up front and honest about that and for this project, it's not an emergency for us so a longer wait is okay.

Called them Saturday Monday Tuesday the guy shows up says we need parts ordered them had 2 days of 3 calls each day , tech was great but Emily won’t respond to voicemail finally I took a chance and fixed it myself . Was without hot water for 4 days

We’ve used Schlievert for decades for everything from the faucet replacement today to whole house water line replacement, new connections for water and sewer from our house to the street, water heaters, new toilets, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, and more. Excellent service throughout. Ownership changed a couple years ago and the quality of service remains strong. Emily is the heart with her knowledgeable advice. All technicians skilled. Small, locally owned. Highly recommend.
