Mr Diaz and Mr Justin “Hoss” did a fantastic job replacing my water heater! They were professional and took the time to walk me through what was needed. Their customer service was above and beyond in a really stressful moment of life! The company did amazing getting them out as soon as possible! Thanks so much!!!

Scenic City responded to my call very fast and in about 2 hours they had removed old hot water heater and installed a new one. Shawn, their technician, was very professional and the install looks way better than what I had before. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!

Scenic City came to my rescue. We realized last night we had no hot water. I called at 8:30am this morning and they had a new one installed by 11:45am. They were communicative, efficient and clean. I would highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing for all your plumbing needs; especially hot water heater emergencies.

Poor service, caused damage to our condo that was never fixed, charged us for work we never requested. We had a water heater installed, when they installed it they damaged the entryway. Not a big deal if they would have fixed it, but they didn't. I ended up having to fix it myself at my expense. And then we asked them to simply flush the toilets after the water was turned back on, instead they installed a new part on our toilet without asking, charged us for it, then when that part failed 6 months later they refused to fix it without being paid a second time (for something we never requested in the first place). Not reputable and they do not back up their work. Do not use them.

I used Scenic City Plumbing for a simple job, but wasn't happy with them. The person they sent was the stereotypical "good old boy" who was very patronizing to me, didn't bring all the necessary equipment and didn't tell me everything I needed to know about the next steps process. Will not use them or recommend them!

I consider myself to be an above average do it yourself home owner. I have successfully done remodeling projects for years. I needed help with a Kohler bath shower system I had installed myself years ago. I called a major Kohler fixtures supplier and asked if they could recommend a plumbing company for a Kohler repair. They recommended SCP. I had issues with water temperature control and a partially stopped up rain forest shower head system. Their tech came out, (Greg I think) and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had done some research already and Greg not only diagnosed the temp problem but had the correct parts on his truck to fix the issue. Great job. What impressed me more was Greg's ability to explain a variety of solutions for the shower head system. Being somewhat experienced I was very pleased that Greg had simple, straight forward solutions. As someone who understands plumbing, I highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable in their repair. I will not hesitate to call on them again with any service needs.

I woke up this morning with frozen pipes. When I called Scenic City Plumbing they were already fully booked for the day and couldn’t send someone out. I thanked them and told them I would see if I could find another plumber who was available. I didn’t have any luck, but a few hours later Scenic gave me a call back and told me they had someone in my area available who finished on a call early. I really appreciate them following up with me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. David was kind, polite, thorough, and very professional . He and I walked through the house and very pragmatically looked for any issues or concerns before he began the process of turning my water back on. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he was doing and why. He emphasized the importance of slowly easing the water back on to prevent catastrophe, and I’m very happy to say we were able to get water running again without damage to my pipes. I’m already planning to reach out to Scenic for pricing on some additional work I need done. I can’t recommend them enough.

Since moving to Chattanooga we've used Scenic City plumbing and were happy with their services. The service people are polite and effective. They get the job done and correctly. I would have given them 4 stars, but this time we used them we felt we were taken advantage of. We wanted to install a new toilet and they offered us a package deal: $450 for the toilet and installation. At first we thought this was a good deal, or at least a fair one. We probably would have spent $250 for the toilet at Lowe's and another $100 +/- for installation. However, the toilet they installed was a Wolverine Brass brand (apparently they only sell to plumbers); though it works all right. And the install was done in 10 minutes or less. So, it probably cost us $150 more than just buying the toilet by ourselves and having them install it. Sadly, we feel taken advantage of. I wrote to them about our feelings, but they never responded. Kind of soured us on Scenic City. If you use them and they offer you a package deal, do your due diligence.

We had an issue with a clogged drain and some other plumbing issues. We called Scenic City Plumbing based on the great reviews, and we were glad we did! They came when they said they would and rectified our problem. Every employee that we came into contact with, including the office staff, employees that came to our house, and even the owner that also came to our house, were all extremely friendly! We had the pleasure of having Shaun and Diaz resolve our issues, as they were so pleasant, kept us informed of their progress and left our bathroom very clean, as if they weren’t even there. They seemed to work so well together and take pride in their work. We will be requesting them, if we ever have another plumbing issue. Our issue was a little more complicated than originally anticipated, but we were still only charged what was originally quoted. Very reasonable pricing! We highly recommend them and can see why they are rated as one of the top plumbing companies in Chattanooga!

Justin (or Dustin) was not interested in doing any work that day. He ran his snake for maybe 15 minutes, it bound up, and he gave up. I asked to have him put a camera in the line. Nope, no camera. I practically begged him to run his root chopper down the line. He did, for maybe another 15 minutes. He did call the owner and ask for a camera (at least, he told me he called), but evidently the owner didn’t feel like working that day either. I even offered to use my large shop-vac to get all the water out of the line, because the owner told Justin (or Dustin) that the camera wouldn’t be able to see through the murky water. They were not interested. So, for minimal effort, no materials, and zero initiative, I paid $284.50. By the way, it’s a floor drain, in a basement garage. I had everything wide open for him. Couldn’t have been easier to access or work on. Justin (or Dustin) was very well-mannered though, so two stars for highway robbery with a smile, basically.

We were having a variety of plumbing issues at our house for quite a while. Another local plumbing company had attempted a few fixes but only made things worse- and they charged a lot of money to boot. But then we called Scenic City Plumbing- what a difference! From our first phone call, they were polite and professional. Initially they said it would be the next day before they could come, but they managed to fit us in just a few hours later. David and Justin were wonderful- fixing every problem one by one as well as diagnosing the underlying issue (too much water pressure) and fixing it then and there. It wasn't cheap, but it was totally worth it to have high quality fixes and excellent service. We could not be happier. Thank you, Scenic City Plumbing- you have some very grateful new customers!

I had a huge plumbing issue that was causing water build up in the 24" crawl space under the house. I contacted three other companies who could not do the work. One company came out 3 times to resolve the issue with NO success and a bill that went with it. I contacted Scenic City and they were able to successfully resolve the issue. They were extremely professional and were excellent in communicating with me. Their schedule was booked so I was scheduled for 5 days out. They put me on a stand-by list and ended up coming out the next day. I will never use any other plumbing company but Scenic City. You could not ask for a better run business that knows what they are doing and how to solve complicated plumbing issues.

Jeremiah, Chase, Travis, and Zkiles worked on my plumbing issues that have been problematic for a very long time and other plumbers had not been successful in fully fixing.They worked through lunch and stayed late to complete the first project that needed repair working nonstop the entire time. The next day they again stayed late to repair other issues that my house had, some of which other plumbers hadn’t successfully repaired previously. They do excellent work, record pictures of the before and after so you really understand the situation. Anyone who needs highly competent plumbers to work on old houses with perplexing problems that bewilder other plumbers should call them. They are worth every penny.

We just moved to Signal Mountain and started accumulating a large list of repairs that needed to be made on our new home. I tried to get the "local" options out for 2 weeks when someone recommended Scenic City. They were out the next day and on time. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and knew what they were doing. When we discovered our garbage disposal had an issue while they were there, they added that to the list. They also accurately diagnosed and fixed the moaning noise that was shaking the whole house when the water was turned on. We had a few more issues pop up a few days later and got another prompt appointment. Same experience. I'll never call anyone else again.

Discovered a leak on the water supply in the garage leading into the house. Called Scenic City. The woman on the phone was very polite. Sent a crew right away. The guys had me fixed up in no time and the price was reasonable. Noticed a small drip later and called back. Again, very polite and concerned. In 5 minutes had another crew at the house to check. Re soldered the fitting and waited to make sure it was fixed. No charge for the 2nd call and very apologetic. Having spent over 20 years in customer service, I understand sometimes things happen. How they handled it made all the difference. Everyone involved was professional and friendly. I recommend them.
