We’ve been trying to find a good reliable plumbing company since 2013. We’ve tried friends recommendations, and found companies online. But all other companies were either throwing in additional services that were not needed, or were doing such a bad job that we had to re-do the work again. SAV Plumbing Inc was a “breath of fresh air”. We worked with Andrey. He gave us exactly the scope of work that needs to be done (without any additional hidden nuances) he was sharp on-time, the cost was great, the work was done promptly and above all - it’s been a while and all is still working perfectly! We had Andrey replace a water heater, a sump pump and a toilet and could not be more satisfied. He does professional, quality work at an affordable rate. What we especially appreciated were his explanations for everything and his advice and suggestions on other items that required attention but that he personally would not benefit from e.g. electric and carpentry work. Andrey, the owner has been very responsive and is very knowledgable. so far I've gotten an ejector pump, sump pump and water heater replaces + a stuck drain and it's been good. he'll do pipe replacements too when some others don't do it. the price is a little higher than quotes i've gotten but within reason and so far does a pretty good job. warranty is shorter than some other places but seems fine for the work done.

Andrey has done several jobs for me. He is always very careful to get all the proper background information before quoting me a price to make sure that it is accurate. When doing work he takes the time to explain everything that he's doing and any issues that he has encountered along the way. I have been very pleased with his work and have already referred him to other people.

Andrey did an excellent job of diagnosing my issue, resolving the problem, and keeping me informed throughout the process. I particularly appreciate the way in which he educates me about the plumbing setup in my 130 year old vintage home. He treats my home as if it were his own and makes recommendations about how to maintain my plumbing to avoid future issues. Thanks Andrey!

Andrey came out, and before he even recommended anything, he was pointing out things in our basement that we might want to take care of— things that have nothing to do with plumbing, but he was just telling us just for our own safekeeping. Great info! And when he gave me a quote, it was all in line with what I have found prices on the Internet- no BS, which I appreciated

I never write reviews, but Andrey has come through countless times when we’ve had plumbing emergencies—including weekends and holidays. He does exceptional work at a fair price. Truly cannot recommend Andrey more. I was getting a wide range of quotes on how much a new water heater install would be. He made himself available on a Friday night and installed the new unit along with several other necessary modification. He does great work and is transparent about the scope and cost of a project. Will use him for all my plumbing needs.

Once again this company has proven to be one of the best!! I will only rely on their expertise! I called on a Sunday evening with sump pump issues and had them here in 1 hour to go over my issues! I had recently had my water softener serviced 5 days earlier, and it was their incompetence that messed up my backup sump pump!
