Sargent's Plumbing & Drain

Sargent's has become my back-pocket to-go plumbing service. After ONG flagged my busted and shoddily-installed water-heater and iffy gas line situation in a flipped home I bought, I needed a solution ASAP. Armed with a skimpy budget and no time to spare, I actually asked AI to scour review pages and user-generated forums for the most trustworthy plumber in the area and Sargent's was apparently the undisputed people's champion. I got quotes from them and 3 other plumbing companies, though Sargent's were the only ones that would actually come out to my house rather than just high-ball me over the phone. I approved their quote (which just happened to also be the lowest) on the spot and Alex and Alec immediately started draining my old tank and off to grab my new tank in minutes. About 2-3 hours later (including parts fetching), I had a brand new water heater installed. They gave me a full rundown of every step of the process, relighting protocol, and all other info I needed. They gave me a handful of business cards that will definitely be gone soon to everyone I know.

We had non emergency blockage that was creating an unpleasant, sulfuric smell in our hall bathroom. Alex & Alec got out to us within less than 24 hours. They snaked the line through our clean-out, did a thorough check of everything, & took care of the issue in less than an hour. Alex answered all my questions, offered helpful info, & was genuinely courteous. We are very impressed with Sargent Plumbing & will both recommend them to others & use them in the future for our plumbing needs! You guys are awesome, thank you!

This will be my go-to plumbing company from now on! I had a water leak and my Daughter highly recommended them after using their services multiple times. She contacted them and they were out (late on a Friday evening) within an hour ready to get things fixed. I was an emotional mess due to the emergency situation but they did everything they could to help me and I can't thank them enough! They fast, informative, respectful of me and my property and left everything tidy at the end of the job. I hope you don't have an emergency like I did, but if you need to call a plumber, these are your guys!

I DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SARGENT’s PLUMBING!!! Andrew and his team of two arrived on time. Kept me posted every step of the way , including En route process. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Very Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, polite, respectful. My old water heater 20 years old and on its last leg. I heard him conferencing with the team about process . Difficulties encountered but handled with shear expertise. Cleaned up as the work progressed. He even gave me a VERY SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT FOR BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN AND ALSO BEING ON TOTAL DISABILITY. I offered to pay the entire cost, but he refused and insisted on the discount for me. It was very much appreciated!!! There are few companies who honor their word and do PRISTINE WORKMANSHIP !!! He also insisted on showing me his Plumber’s license, his apprentice did the same . He also had one young man in training who did none of the technical work, but observed and Andrew taught as he went through the process, including the unexpected circumstances. I LOVE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!! I will never use another! I cannot say enough ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDREW SARGENT PLUMBING.

I was extremely impressed with service I received from Sargent's Plumbing & Drain (Tulsa, OK). I spoke with Andrew & he was very accomodating and helpful. On one of the worst snow storms, her in Oklahoma, I was completely shocked (in a good way) that I was informed that I would have a service man at my house in just 1 hour. "ALEX" came and couldn't have been more polite, patient and extremely professional, diligent and knowledgeable about the problem at hand. He was thorough and task focused. After multiple calls to other places in town, I reached out to Sargents Plumbing per a friend’s recommendation. I needed a slab leak repair asap. Sargents Plumbing answered all my questions with just one call. They were able to see me right away and give me an estimate after getting a thorough leak detection completed. They advised the repairs needed and gave me options, with help in saving me unnecessary expense. The repairs were done next day, quick and easy. I will highly recommend and use in the future if the need arises again. Thank you Sargents Plumbing!

Andrew an Keith where great. Gave me a free estimate on a Saturday night after 5pm. Turned off the water to hot water tank an shut off the gas. Then finding out I'm a senior with multiple disabilities wet vacked up gallons of water out of my garage an emptied the tank. All of this for free. And gave me have off the installation when I can get another water heater. This is what happens when you use small business owners instead of large name brand companies with high over head. So thanks guys. Great job!! P.S. always use Broken Arrow small businesses!! I do.

Highly recommend. We are selling our home, and needed a slab leak repaired asap, or it would affect our closing date. The receptionist was very understanding, and Alex was at my home within a couple hours on a Sunday. He was skilled, and so polite. Worked extremely hard. Monday Alex, and Alec both arrived and completed a very difficult job. Both exceptional employees. The owner reached out to myself and several other parties to make sure we were all on the same page. Discovered our hot water tank leaking this morning. Within 30-45 mins. of calling Alex arrived to access the situation, attempted to turn the water off, but discovered that after 32 yrs, the inlet faucet wouldn't completely close due to hard water deposits. After getting water turned off, providing a quote to fix that and replace the hot water tank, he got busy fixing the faucet portion while waiting on the tank guys to arrive. Johnny and Alec arrived and in no time had us back up and running. I highly recommend these guys.

Had several plumbing issues that needed immediate attention last July and all was handled quickly and with utmost professionalism, have used them twice since then and both were scheduled and completed within a day! Alex is the best! He always goes above and beyond with service and knowledge. When Alex left it looked like no one was even here, everything left spotless, woman scheduling appointment also very polite and efficient. Very easy to work with this company as a whole. Pricing/costs cannot be beat!

Andrew and his team do good work. We've used him for a shower plumbing install and most recently a new water heater. Our water heater failed, called him late afternoon on a Tuesday and less than 24 hours later we had a new water heater that was up to current codes and functioning as it should. We will, without hesitation use Sargent's Plumbing and Drain for any future work we need, he's prompt, works fast, and easy to deal with.

Alex was super helpful and informative. He explained the entire process while he helped us with our issue. They did not charge a fee just to come out and tell us the problem. They were quick, helpful, informative, and very transparent. They replaced the broken cartridge in our shower which was preventing the water from shutting off. They were there from about 1pm-4pm and charged us $600. $100 for the part and $500 for the service.

We have had Sargent’s out several times for various fixes and upgrades. They are well informed and do a great job laying out your options. They get the work done in a timely manner; they have good availability; and, their prices are on par with the market. We’ve also received recommendations for tradesman in other areas of home maintenance, which has helped us resolve issues outside the scope of plumbing.

My outdoor hose had been leaking at the connection all spring and the water bill finally forced my hand. Andrew was at my door the next morning, replaced the valve, and pressure tested everything before leaving to make sure it was holding. Small job but he treated it like it mattered and that goes a long way with me. Sargents Plumbing will be the first number I reach for next time something comes up.

Excellent service and prompt attention….. highly recommend this company…. Definitely a company with bright future…. Put it in your contacts, won’t regret it. Got an evaluation of the issue and a professional advice without asking for money first…. Very rare to see these days where contractors look to rack customer like the world is ending and don t care to keep customers for the future.
