Fast, friendly and fair

They removed my fence for this repair and when the out it back up they did so incorrectly which led to it eventually breaking in the wind when I called them to talk about the issue they told me i was wrong without hearing me explain and hung up on me I’ve had this fence for 10+ years without incident and less the 8 months after they did repair the fence breaks…

Had fixed pipes but part used was bad and the pipe blew out. They said they would be out to fix but they never showed up and no call or explanation. Not professional

The Quality was poor and so were their public relations. I am a plumber in Arizona, visiting my sister in Lampasas. She is a new resident in Lampasas alone with her handy-capped husband. Sanders plumbing were hired to put in a "clean-out" at their residents. As soon as I saw the job, I recognized some problems with their workmanship. The standpipe coming from the ground was not straight up and down (ugly). This standpipe was for the washer drain. The size of the pipe should have been 2in and it was 1 ½. The vent ended under a window with a “under counter” quick vent. In the house, behind the washer, there was not a “P” trap. Sewer gases was venting into the house. I questioned the plumber (the “master plumber”) about these deficient issues. His answer was that he had to check on who had done the work and would get back to us. Two week passed before we saw anyone from Sanders Plumbing and that was because we called several times and insisted. Sanders bill stated that work included the hooking up of the washing machine (previously a “gray water” drain) to the main sewer line. The return trip Sanders Plumbing “father” quoted a price of $800.00 to make the job right. The first part of the job, the putting in the “clean-out”, was billed at $900.00 after a discount. As a plumber from another location, I thought that price was steep, that was not the issue. Sanders, you have a reputation in Lampasas (as I heard it) “the highest priced and the worst plumber in Lampasas”. You need to change the direction you have taken.
