Fantastic service! Responsive, quick, professional, communicative and kind. My water heater sprung a leak and Douglas replaced it and had my hot water up and running again promptly. I highly recommend!
We needed a new water heater installed but it wasn't an emergency situation. John responded to my text in less than 60 seconds and quoted me less than half the price of the big name plumbing company. The next week we had a brand new water heater installed and everything is working perfectly. Thank you John and your team for providing excellent customer service!
I had an issue with my water heater. Left them a voicemail. The owner called me back within 1 hour and explained to me all my options. I explained to him all the different steps that I took to troubleshoot my water heater. He sent me one of his worker to check and confirmEd my findings. I just need to replace one part. He was honest and did lie or even push me to purchase a brand new water heater. Nowadays it is pretty rare to find an honest person. If you have any issue give them a call
Didn’t have any plumbing work done by them but homeowners watch your vehicles around their drivers. A employee in the box van like the one on their website rear ended me on the 94 west at Spring St and kept on driving! Almost rear ended the next vehicle after I pulled off. Fortunately, no damage to my vehicle but the front bumper of their van looked damaged. Maybe they had a plumbing emergency to get to.
The after hours emergency line never responded. I waited from 11pm to 8am the next morning with water coming from my wall. Because they must only service one complex, my property manager said all those calls and texts went to her. What kind of business is this? Left a hole in my wall and still over a week later nobody has communicated with me to fix it. (First review gave 1 star, if I could have given 0, I would have) EDIT: After my last review I was contacted to fix the wall, the next day. Tony came that afternoon and completed (drywall installation and painting) in just a few hours, in the span of 2 days, due to my schedule. He was courteous and quick. Did a great job fixing the wall and painting and it doesn't even look like I had a hole at all. I was asked to take my first review down by my property manager, but I am keeping it up and will only edit. For that I will add 3 stars.(for the work done) Still not impressed with the after hours emergency line, so hopefully that can be updated or fixed. If it was not for that, I would give a different review.
