**UPDATE**--In the week prior to replacement of our HVAC system, Nick showed up for a service set up through Home Depot on our furnace. He was right on time and talked to me about what concerns we had with our system. He answered all questions I had before going up into the attic for the service. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and took many pictures to show me some services he was recommending we have done. At that time I also spoke to him about possibly going from gas to electric. He answered all my questions/concerns with that as well, and we add talked about whether repairing our current unit or replacing it was best. There was no pressure from him to do either and he ended up scheduling our consult on possibly replacing. Nick is highly knowledgeable and very personable and thorough. Same Day should consider him a very valuable asset to their team. **END UPDATE** Angel, Eagle, and the other member of his crew showed up well within appt time window scheduled. We had a new heat pump installed to replace gas furnace, a new outdoor unit to replace our old one( which we also had relocated to the other side of our house), and had a vent relocated in master bedroom. All old equipment was hauled away as well. Received 12 year warranty on all new equipment and a labor guarantee as well. They were friendly to me, and they didn't mind my little dogs sniffing around them when they first arrived. After that the dogs were blocked off from the work areas. They took great care in making sure to minimize tracking anything in and out by laying down drop cloths in the areas indoors that they were working. With the rain we've had there was some mud, bark, and rocks that were tracked around outside on our patio area. They cleaned up after themselves in all working areas and you barely tell any work had been done. They were done by mid afternoon and tested the system to see it was working properly before leaving. I was very happy the job was done quickly and efficiently, and most of all, done right!!

Andrew my technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. Found minor things that needed attention. Ordered the necessary parts and went over all of his findings and pictures with me. Very very happy with his service. I have signed up for the maintenance plan.

Skilled, knowledgeable and always taking time to do things right. Signed up for a tune-up at-home Depot, Andrew came promptly for the appointment, conducted a thorough of our HVAC system, pointed out (and showed evidence) of all the problem areas and fixed them. Also helped out and fixed a 2nd issue with our heater issue took care of it under warranty. Overall a great team of individuals offering prompt satisfactory service at a fair price.

Good job doing my AC unit system. This tech (Omid) did a good service for my family. No complaint. Our old York AC died 4 times in 10.5 years. On this one (Tempstar) - we don't know this new system brand, but we trusted to these techs by giving a 12 years warranty. They also provided a 24 months 100% money-back if we don't like it. This new unit is very quiet; the thermostat panel has a few things to use thru the panel control and my phone. My wife loves the led light options to change to any colors. You can see 3 or 4 type colors for example. The price is decent for modern days. It's not too pricy like other competitors.
