The service was incredibly professional from start to finish. Colton, the technician who handled the installation, was not only skilled but also kind and pleasant to work with. Not very happy with this company. I had them come do some work on my home and the work was not done properly. We are still having issues. I was told I would get a call from a manager and no call back. They will take your money and not do the work properly. Find another plumber!

They emailed me and I told them to contact me the following Monday. They said will do. That was the last I heard from them. Another failed recommendation from YELP - I have received several. I now consider your service a recommendation of 3rd rate contractors and will decline any YELP recommendations in the future.

We recently discovered a leak in our jetted tub in the master bedroom which leaked through the ceiling of the laundry room downstairs. We called Salt Lake Plumbing who immediately sent Luke Eddington out to evaluate and diagnose the problem. After cutting a hole in the dry wall, he immediately made the diagnosis and explained that the tub would have to be replaced because there was no way to fix the leaking jet. I asked him to send an estimate of the cost to replace the tub. He immediately sent the quote which was better than others. He set a date and, exactly on time, showed up, removed the old tub, placed the new tub and did so without breaking any tile which would have been tough to replace. He and his colleague, Colton Braiser, worked non-stop all day to finish the tough task. They were efficient, focused, professional and did an outstanding job. These bright young men are a real credit to your institution. It was easy to give them 5 stars! Attached is a picture of the completed work!

These guys are the best in the industry. After using their services a few times in a few different spaces, we will be calling them as long as we’re alive & they're in business. We’ve had experiences with Brandon, Luke, & Chad, all honest & easy to work with, knowledgeable & willing to explain. Started with a call for our rental when our landlord refused to come out, we just wanted the cheapest bid we could get. They gave an honest & reasonable estimate, coming in at 1/5 the estimate from another plumbing company. They also did great work, are clean & respectful & friendly. So we called them again when it was time do a full home inspection on the house we’re under contract for. Again, they came out right away, gave us a clear & complete idea of what we’re dealing with, were transparent when what I was asking for was going to start to cost money, and were completely enjoyable to work with.

I can't say enough GREAT things about this company!! From start to finish, Colton and Luke were amazing! We had a complicated sewer line issue that required excavation to fix. We got multiple bids and Salt Lake Plumbing was the only company that didn't inflate the scope of the work that needed to be done. They finished the extensive repair quickly, and even stayed late into the evening to make sure it was complete. They did their best to minimize the impact on the inside of the house by tarping their work area off. And did a wonderful job of replacing the landscaping outside. They made an overwhelming project (in cost and scope) feel manageable by being transparent and giving us constant updates as the work progressed. My BIGGEST thank you to this wonderful company!

I just moved to my place and got a new washer delivered. The spigot connection to the washer hadn’t been turned on for a few months and the sudden surge of water caused a pretty bad leak in them. I looked online and found SL Plumbing. Although I didn’t get an answer when I initially called, within just a few minutes Chad called back and got Justin scheduled to check it out within the hour. Justin was professional and courteous and meticulous about getting the job done right. Once he saw what was going on he let me know of a couple options and got right to it. Thankfully with his fix the spigots are working as needed and we were able to break in our new washer. I’d definitely give them a call again and would most definitely recommend. 😊

We are renovating a very old house. We needed to get the bathroom vanity out but could not get the water turned off. No valve handles and vice grips wouldn't even budge it. We reached out and Justin from Salt Lake Plumbing was there in less than an hour. He was able to put new valves in and fix our problem. He went down in the little crawl space under the house so that we would know where the main shut off was in case of emergency. He even lifted out an old heavy trunk that had been there for years. This was on a Saturday evening and the price was very reasonable. Wow what a nice surprise that was. Thank you so much, you definitely have my business for life.

I called to have a leaky faucet repaired and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was quoted a time they would be here and the original technician got caught up on another job so they made sure to send someone else so I didn't have to wait. The guy they sent was very professional and knowledgeable and quoted me what I felt was a very fair price. The job was done in about an hour and the results were perfect. This is not a big corporation type plumbing company but a locally owned operation so they really care about their customers and want return business. I highly recommend this company!!

I sent out a request on Yelp and five places messaged me back. Some seemed automated but a couple looked like a real person read and replied. Salt Lake Plumbing stated that they could see me today and left me a name and number. I called Chad and he got a tech to come to my house in only 30 minutes. He saw my problem and gave me options. He didn't try to guilt me into doing the more expensive work. He did the job I needed and was done in less than an hour. Clean and professional. I would use Salt Lake Plumbing again.

Salt Lake Pluming is the best plumbing service I've ever used! I've gone to them multiple times, for things as simple as a clogged shower drain, to tankless water heaters, as well as helping redo plumbing around traditional water heaters. Colton, Luke, Brandon, whoever they send out has always been the height of professionalism and their prices have always been fair! You can trust this company with your time and business, not to mention they are locally owned and operated so you can support a local business!

Chad came over to my house to help with my water heater issues after not having it function properly for a few days. They did everything they said they would from showing up on time, to inspecting, to fixing any issue I had. He inspected what was needed first and gave me options. We fixed the issue the same night. I highly recommend these guys as their service and speed to action was top-tier. Happy customer here, and plan to use these guys for any plumbing issues in the future.

I take care of 28 commercial buildings I had a pretty big backup on the third floor of one of my buildings I called my regulars and they could not make it out I reached out to these gentlemen I seen them working on my neighbor's house they come out and handled the problem really fast and they were there fast very professional needless to say I will be using these guys in the future every single time and the cost was extremely reasonable no upsells I just can't say enough
