We had a couple of plumbing issues with some shower heads and a bathroom leak we could hear but could not see. Another local heating and plumbing company had already recommended a fix on the deceptive leak issue and I figured since we had SWaters here, I would get their second opinion. The Plummer’s name was Manny and when we started discussing our issues, you could tell immediately that he was a pro. I am a small business owner for 32 years and I know the difference between an employee who is doing a job versus one who treats it like it’s his career. Manny helped us resolve our various issues and found a very creative and intuitive resolution to our leak issue. He solved it in minutes and avoided a very significant fix that had been suggested by the other company. He was professional and genuine and if I was ever starting a plumbing company, I would want Manny as employee #1. Thanks Manny!

Great experience with S. Waters Plumbing. Brandon did a fantastic job. He's a meticulous craftsman, but also exceptionally kind and patient. He answered all of my unusual questions and really listened to what I was saying -- very rare these days. Pricing was fair and transparent -- also rare these days. My wife and I needed a specialized plumbing installation (Pex Manabloc manifold) at our townhouse in Novato. This piece of equipment distributes ALL of the water throughout the home, so expert installation is critical. The job required special order parts from multiple suppliers. Brandon coordinated it all. He had everything ready to go once he got to our home. He kept everything neat and tidy during the job. Made sure to clean up after, too. Big shout out to the office as well. They followed-up with me promptly and kept me informed about status/timing. Well done.

I have been using S Waters plumbing services since 2017 and they always provide excellent service, reasonable costs and their plumbers always do amazing work with such a great attitude. Today was no different, Manny Stoev came out for a clogged shower drain. He was able to first reassure me over the phone that based on my description of the issue that this would likely be a straightforward issue which he later confirmed. During the work, Manny wore boot covers inside the house and used secondary containment boxes for transporting his equipment to keep the work as sanitary as possible. He finished in no time and had a highly competitive cost for his work which continued to validate my choice of only using S Waters. Ask for Manny! He is personable and really knows his stuff!!

Kevin Hardy diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be an improperly installed clean-out that had been blocked with broken material as well as a large root. He showed me the problem on video, carefully figured out the solution, and he and a co-worker accomplished the very complicated hard job in a very reasonable amount of time. He could not have been more thorough and professional. He did not leave until the job was done and he had thoroughly cleaned the entire area. I am grateful for the work he did to solve a long standing problem. S. Waters has good people who do excellent work. I recommend them highly.

I would highly recommend S. Waters plumbing in Novato to anyone with a plumbing issue. We had a main sewer line clog which backed up into our bathrooms. Manny, who is amazing at what he does, came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us several different repair options to consider. The following day the work was completed and we were impressed with their ability's and efficiency. Thank you Manny and Brandon and S. Waters Plumbing for doing such an outstanding job unclogging and repairing our sewer line.

Tenant complained of a toilet backup late afternoon of December 23. Star was willing to schedule someone to come out same day, but given the availability of another toilet in the house, I asked for something the next day or later. Star was able to schedule Brandon between 8-9 am the next morning, December 24, and the problem was resolved by 9:30 am. Second time using S Waters Plumbing and second time they distinguished themselves with timing, ability and customer service. Highly recommend!

We discovered a leak between the street water main and our front garden. We immediately called S. Waters Plumbing and spoke with Brandon who assured us he could get to us within 15 minutes, and he did. He immediately turned off the water, isolated the leaky pipe, and fixed the issue. I was fascinated by the various tools Brandon had at his disposal and he patiently allowed me to watch every step while explained the function of each tool. Brandon was thorough and great to work with.

We called this morning and got our appointment this afternoon. The plumber, Manny, arrived on time. He rapidly made an assessment on our problem. As he began to fix one problem, others showed up. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly to us. He needed to go to the hardware store for parts. When he came back he quickly solved all the problems. Manny is gracious and approachable. All in all, we were very impressed with Manny and the quality of his work.

Kevin came to our home on time, checked everything out and provided an accurate estimate. I accepted and he was able to complete the repairs we needed with our kitchen and bathroom plumbing. We are very happy to have Kevin help us with our home plumbing for the second time. He always does thorough work and is clear about what needs to be done and why. I had an excellent experience with S Waters Plumbing. Kevin Hardy was prompt, professional, and thorough—he repaired everything I asked for in a timely manner and even called ahead to walk me through helpful suggestions before the installation. I had the toilet ready, and he arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, and handled everything with care. The office staff was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and multiple other plumbers were unavailable. Luckily one of them referred me to S Waters. I left a message with their office and Kevin at S Waters got back to me immediately. He was at our house within a hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and provided helpful advice on things I could fix myself. A great experience and a company I would highly recommend, especially if they’re sending Kevin!
