Santiago from S-tier plumbing was easy to work with and diagnosed the the problem quickly. We had a tankless water heater that was giving us an error code and refused to work. Santiago was able to do a full inspection on the unit and found some parts inside were dirty and needed cleaning, preventing the unit from functioning correctly. He also did a descale and full service on the water heater, which I’m sure it needed because we can’t remember the last time we did. He will be servicing the water heater from now on and taking care of any other plumbing needs that are sure to spring up. Thanks Santiago!

I am very happy with the service. Santiago helped me resolve the water hammer issue, replaced the shower valve and cartridge, and installed a water expansion tank. He was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
