Tyler is very knowledgeable about HVAC and did a great job explaining it all to me. I feel like he was very thorough when checking out my furnace and air conditioner.

We recently had our really old unit upgraded at our home and couldn’t be happier with the performance of it and above all, the Techs & customer service we have recieved from S&S Mechanical. We feel like everyone we interacted with were friendly & professional and went way beyond our expectations of the entire process of replacing our old unit. We can definitely say we will be a customer for life!

What a great overall experience and we are throughly enjoying our new HVAC system. Our job was difficult as I'm a prior HVAC tech. We are pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the extreme amount of care that S&S Mechanical took with our project. Logan, the sales manager made the overall experience great with the care and oversite. Cody, the project manager was very detailed and ensured everything was handled properly. The installation crew, Noah, Hunter and Johnathan went above and beyond my expectations and did the job correctly. The other S&S team members that played a role contributed to the overall success as well. Thank you S&S as you have earned my respect and a loyal customer!

Generac generator would not start 6 weeks after service. Technician came out and spent almost an hour working on it. Called Generac and still couldn’t find an answer. I had him turn the gas lower but, still within parameters set by Generac. Was charged for the diagnostic visit even though the problem was not diagnosed. This problem has happened at least three times before. I don’t minded paying for a service if I get a diagnosis's but, not if I didn’t. Technician was very polite and sympathetic but could not figure out what the problem was and these are the people that Generac referred me to.

Noah and Hunter are top-shelf. In this intense heat, they took me back-to-new status. My house is cooling down rapidly. They gave me high confidence about each detail. They are not the "cut corners" kind of guys. Completely knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the job perfectly. S&S gave me a competitive price and a great warranty. I’ve become their family.
